Driver was 1 hour late and did not help with the bags to the car. Driving was terrible as well, braking very late and playing with his phone while on the freeway. Do not recommend.

Although this seemed a little expensive the service in every respect was first class, to such a degree that I booked again for the return trip home. They were punctual on both occasions. The car a Merc E class was spotless inside and out and Hans the driver was most helpful and an absolute gentleman. I would highly recommend this company.

Our driver was very kind, courteous and patient. He waited while we had to fill out a lost luggage report. He knew the town and gave us some background on the sights as we drove to our hotel. It was great having someone else drive us to our destination so we could enjoy the sights along the way.

First time this has ever happened. Our driver was supposedly 15 minutes lates. Then an hour later I had another company's driver contact my local company and got someone to come out. Our original driver showed up at our hotel as we were unloading our car.

This transfer stated that a Mercedes E Class would be provided for the transfer; however, a 7-seater VW made the transfer. You can imagine how disappointed we were, especially my wife. No apologies! The drive was pleasant and informative.

Driver was on time, car was clean. Enjoyable experience, driver very friendly and courteous. Much nicer than having to hail a taxi or go by train to our hotel. Well worth the money!!!

Had to wait around 10 minutes for driver, then walk to van for another 10 minutes. No complaints about the journey, but would have been cheaper to book through hotel, about half the price.

Driver was easy to find at the airport and the Mercedes used was lovely and comfortable. They even provided a bottle of water for each passenger and gave us the football scores we had missed during the flight!

The car pick up was not what I ordered. It was supposed to be a Mercedes E Car. Also I had to call the office to locate the driver.
