Travel from your Amsterdam city hotel or the Amsterdam Passenger Terminal to Amsterdam Schiphol International Airport. Transfer services are available between 8am and 9pm, 7 days a week. This is a shared transfer.

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Amsterdam city hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places.

Hi Viator, We had exceptional service from your airport departure transfer company. We were set up for pick up and then later found out that the airline required us to check in earlier than our anticipated arrival time. Called the company - who did a little checking and found a driver willing to take just us out at the time we required. I had half expected to have to call a taxi so were pleased when this arrangement was made and once again thank our kind and knowledgeable driver - we learned a lot about Amsterdam during that drive. They did not show up on time. First, they wanted to change pick up time 1 hour later 1 hour later than I originally arranged and then they were late about 1/2 hour. So I had to run in the airport for check in and could not stop at custom for stamp and tax return because I did not have enough time.

I used Viator for both the shared arrival and departure transfer - the arrival transfer was great - the driver was there when we arrived at the meeting point - but on the other hand the departure transfer the driver did not arrive on time and we just made the flight. I would use Viator again for arrival transfer only and take the taxi from the hotel to the airport.
