This is a great way to spend an evening in Amsterdam. We were in the city for about 36 hours and we saw more this way than we would have otherwise. The food was lovely and the service fine.

The trip was everything one could hope for - great service, good food and wine and helpful, friendly staff. You do not get to see much of the sights due to the night time cruise, but it really is a wonderful romantic experience.

Everything went very smoothly. The captain was an expert at navigating the narrow canals. The service was impeccable. Our only complaint was that the portions were a little bit small and the wine was only mediocre. Otherwise, it was a great experience for all.

Welcomed aboard with a glass of cava. Only main course was hot. For autumn trips other hot courses might be considered. However, waiting staff were very pleasant and trip passed very smoothly.

I took my husband Mark on this dinner cruise for his birthday unfortunately this meal did not live up to my expectations and over all I was quite disappointed with the food and the drink that was served to us on this trip. I so do not feel that it was worth the money that we paid and I ended up feeling a bit ripped off. I am sorry but I would not recommend this to someone the boat is too small and cramped and stuffy and the toilets are right beside the serving unit. The boat is not built for what they are trying to do.

Food was very good and they were generous with the wine. However we were cramned in like sardines many of us having to sit in the aisle (1 star off). Although the night tour was fantastic there was no commentary so we had no idea what we were looking at (another star off). Fix these two points to get a 5 star rating.

Amsterdam was cold and wet and tour suffered accordingly because we struggled to see much from the vessal. Meal was average. No guided tour or commentary was dissapointing to us. fortunately we had also completed another tour yesterday with a guided commentary. We were a little disappointed with this tour because we felt it didn't meet our expectations and food was very ordinary on a very wet evening.

We did this on our last night in Amsterdam and it was a great way to end the trip! The food was pretty good and the drinks were flowing the entire time we were on the boat. You do not get a tour of Amsterdam - nobody points out any sights or points of interest. You are just eating and looking out the window.

The dinner cruise was wonderful and I would recommend it to any one that was going to be in Amsterdam in the evening to do it. The evening we did it was very rainy but it didn't matter at all. The food and service was wonderful!!!

We enjoyed this trip and the commentary was good. The food was nothing special but Iit was what we expected considering the conditions under which the staff were working. However, the scenery was adequate compensation.

This tour is so worth the money! To see the city by boat and have a great meal and drinks! It is the way to see the city. Gorgeous at night, excellent food, flowing drinks, friendly staff, white table clothes. I would for sure do it again and recommend it. It is a must!

Staff were lovely, food was nice - big downfall was they crammed on too many people. If they had taken out 2 tables it would have been comfortable. Instead we were crammed in like sardines. oh and having 2 loud american females did not make it enjoyable

Thoroughly enjoyed the dinner cruise through Amsterdam Canals. The crew and food was wonderful. If I were to add anything, it would be nice to have someone point out the various interesting places (even if it is recorded) along the way. Otherwise, it was well worth it.

Good food, lovely setting, there is not a great deal of room between tables but it doesnt matter- the atmosphere and sites were enough to distract and to keep you in your own little room. Good wine. Slightly long, but then we knew the time before we joined!

Fantastic excursion! This was very easy to book via viator. It was booked for my husband's birthday and he was so pleased. We were offered the best seats on the boat (we were early), but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The four-course dinner was superb, very tasty and we didn't feel rushed. We were offered wine throughout and provided water and bread too on our table. It was fantastic - I'd recommend this excursion anyday!

The canal dinner cruise is a fantastic evening and should not be missed. It's a great way to see the city from a different perspective, you end up seeing things you'd miss if on foot. The food was good considering the boat is used during the day for trips and so not set up for full catering activities although the staff are attentive, courtious and friendly. The entire meal was served in good time without being rushed and was beautifuly presented however the menu offered a choice of main coarse but none was offered. This may have been a one off as the boat was completely full and the staff were very busy!. This was my fifth visit to Amsterdam but the first time I have taken the dinner cruise, I wish I'd done it sooner!

What a wonderful experience. This was for my husband's 40th birthday dinner and it was absolutely perfect. The food was lovely, the cruise was gentle and took in all the sights and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The drinks were free flowing and the cruise smooth. Thoroughly enjoyable evening, nice food and drink in a very pleasant setting. Make sure you order what you want to eat from the menu when making the booking because if you don't you are given no choice of main course when you arrive. We forgot to order at the time of the booking but it still was excellent.

This trip was one of the best we have ever done. The food was excellent, well prepared and served. Drinks were served as soon as needed. The route taken by the captain was different to other trips, and great to see all the river boats. Highly recommended.

My Amsterdam Canal Dinner Cruise was a wonderful experience, my partner and I booked this for our Christmas dinner. The food was excellent and the service was flawless, however we were a little disappointed that our boat was not festive! Overall though I'd recommend this to anyone.

An excellent setting for a romantic dinner. Ignore reviews that complain about a lack of commentary - they just booked the wrong trip. This is a great dinner in a great moving location. Its excellent value, especially when you compare it to some of the smart restaurants around town and the food is really good considering the constraints of working in such a tight space.
