Very disappointed that the pass did not give free admission to two attractions of your choice. Had purchased this with a view to visiting the Rijkmuseum and Van Gogh museum, but te pass does not allow you to do both. The discount on the tou bus did come in useful though

My friend and I travelled to Amsterdam on Friday 10 February for a long weekend. The Amsterdam pass was excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Very straightforward to obtain and great value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed Madame Tussauds and the Reypannaer cheese tasting. The city tour with was an excellent way to see Amsterdam and the stop at the Gassam diamond factory was fascinating.

The Amsterdam/Holland Pass is a great value if you don't have a lot of time. We had 3 days total, and we were able to see 5 of the attractions and skip the line at Van Gogh as well as get discounts at several other places. Definitely a worthwhile investment!

An excellent idea, but a little misleading. It was a little like the old Disneyland ticket books: you get a book of tickets, but only a few are for the most prized attractions. In this case, we got a strip of tickets, but only two earned us free admission to the top museums. Two more were for less popular attractions, and the last one was completely useless. That being said, we were able to take a canal tour, get into the Reikes Museum, the Van Gogh museum, and the Amsterdam museum for free admission. We got to jump ahead of the others in the long lines, and we got a good discount on admission to three other attractions.

the Holland pass saved for the 2 of us about 120 euros! we used the 3 red tulip tickets (most expensive) foe Amsterdam canal hop on/hop off(22 euros saved pp), Van Gogh museum(14 euros saved pp) and Rijksmuseum (12 euros saved pp). One of the blue (windmill )ticket we used for the one hour canal ride in Amsterdam.Be careful, the canal ride and the canal bus hop on/off are provided by different companies so make sure you consult the guide given with the Holland pass well. 25% savings were at Spido boat in Rotterdam and the Mauritshuis in the Hague.20% savings at Jewish museum and the Portuguese Synagogue in Amsterdam. Worth every penny.

I would recommend this if you're going to be in Amsterdam for at least 5 days, or if you're going at a time when lines are long. We didn't save money by using the pass, partially because we weren't there long enough. I might try it again, depending on the length of my stay. I'd use it differently next time; definitely avoid the Ice Bar....

It turned out to be worth the money, BUT the office at the airport had never seen a Viator Voucher before so that was a hassle, and the Canal Bus wasn't sure if we were giving them the right ticket. Luckily we were able to talk them both into honouring it. If you plan carefully, you will more than recoup the expense.

I would say that the first there categories namely A, B and C cover the most attractive places. I used A for the Van Gogh Museum, B for Keukenhof Tulip Garden the garden only opens 2 months in a year that is to say in spring season and C for Canal Cruise since I stayed 4 days and 3 nights in Holland. But, to use all the remaining D & E, you have to stay a bit longer. But, a bit misleading on the Miniature City in Madurodam as it only provides 10 discount check at the bottom part of the page in the booklet for the entrance fee and the coupon either A,B,C,D or E is not applicable for the free entrance.

The limitation is that most of the popular entrance tickets require Ticket A & B only while C, D & E tickets are meant for those not-so-famous places, unless you don't mind visiting them to maximize your tickets.

Would highly recommend the pass. It paid for itself after a few attractions. Not waiting on line is well worth it.

This is an excellent buy aslongas you preplan the use of the tickets. It is even a good buy if you only use it in Amsterdam as we did over the space of 3 days we made us for the money expended.

This is decent but the D and E tickets were garbage. I didn't wind up using them and thus lost money on this.

Viator and the Holland pass offer the major attractions of this beautiful country in a high quality, good priced basket. One thing you have to be sure before purchasing the Holland Pass is to have plenty of time for the many beauties to visit and contemplate.

A good thing, you save money, but you have to make a plan in advance to use every Pass you get. Offices to pick up the pass are not hard to find.

We were a group of four, ages 48, 23, 21 and 17. We thoroughly enjoyed being in Amsterdam, and the Holland Pass was fabulous - saved loads, and no queuing at some attractions. Well worth the money.

Useful guide and tickets if you are planning to go into the surrounding towns. Some museums seem unfamiliar with the use of the tickets. The assistant at the airport didn't even know what the Holland Pass is! Not the best choice if you are only staying in Amsterdam.

Unfortunately, you could only use 5 tickets, labeled A, B, C, D and E - and the things you wanted to do had codes so you couldn't really use all 5 because you might have been interested in five "A" things, and you only had one "A" ticket. I used 4 of them but it took 8 days, not really worth the money. It would have been more worthwhile if I was going to different places in Holland, not just Amsterdam.
