Tour guide and driver made the ride to and from the gardens very enjoyable. The gardens were beautiful. A must see for any tourist.

We are thankful for taking the tour bus as parking was very near the entrance and the full day tour was very good as we are able to cover the whole area.

The gardens were amazing. The coach trip was good, but it was very confusing getting the coach back, lots of buses, lots of people, no tickets, no organisation.

Thoroughly enjoyed the day, despite the weather. Coach arrangements excellent in Amsterdam but the arrangements on return meant that we were unable to tip the original guide and driver.

Everything went smoothly, our guide was excellent, Keukenhof Gardens lived-up to their reputation - and the tulips probably appreciated the rain.

What beautiful displays of tulips, dafs, and hyacinth. If you are in Netherlands while Keukenhof is open, only a few weeks a year, it is not to be missed. We took the short tour because we have been there before. But, if the weather is nice, plan a day trip so you can sit and enjoy. And, the local pickup for the excursion was a plus.

This was an excellent trip; good value for money and well organised. The Gardens were spectacular. The guide was particularly informative and entertaining. He was "tri-lingual" - switching effortlessly between Dutch, French and English.

Fantastic trip - pity about the Dutch weather but nature's spectacle more than made up for it. Agree that two hours at Keukenhof is not enough but a five hour stay there is a bit too long. A visit of three to four hours would be more suitable - especially if the weather is bad!!

This was an excellent tour and well worth an afternoon or whole day. The gardens are truly beautiful and inspiring. The tour organization at the start was chaotic with people being told to wait for buses and that more buses were coming as their were not enough of them for the passengers. When we did get allocated a coach we were told it was broken down and had to walk a short distance to another coach! Once the tour started though the driver and guide were great both on the way there and back. If it wasn't for the start of the trip I would have rated it as a 5. If you got to Amsterdam do this trip.

This afternoon tour was the highlight of our city break to Amsterdam. It rained when we were on our way to Keukenhof but the sun came out as we arrived and shone for the rest of our stay. The brilliant, colourful displays of tulips, hyacinths, daffodils and narcissi were an amazing sight. The orchid pavilion was truly superb! A visit to Keukenhof is a must if you are visiting the Netherlands during the eight weeks when these famous gardens are open to the public. A wonderful sight which I have always longed to see. An excellent trip well worth the money.

We enjoyed the trip and the visit, but the bus arrangements were a bit hectic, we waited for sometime without knowing what was happening and on the way back it was hard to find our coach, no one seemed in control of the arrangements. But we had a great visit.

my trip experience to the Garden was quite disappointing, the trip was arranged for my partner birthday surprise, so we got there on the opening day 22/03 to find a garden with not much flowers around, one of the pavilion wasn't ready yet, was really disappointing . the park it self is beautiful, but not enough flowers, some part of it there were not a single one ! ....now a tulip garden in Amsterdam without Tulips ....well ...need say no more ! : - (

I had not realized that the Keukenhof was only open for 9 weeks out of the whole year, I feel very lucky that my trip coincided with the Gardens opening. I Love botanicals and found this tour to be very peaceful, gorgeous, and artistic. The park is large and there are many exhibitions including the gardens. The flowers were amazing, and it was a nice little getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city

We went to keukenhof gardens with high hopes to see acres and acres of tulips with great splash of colours. But we were utterly disappointed, only about 5% of tulips were in bloom, rest just green. It was too early. Keukenhof gardens should not open in March._br/_ you should have warned that it was too early for Tulips. This was the main reason for a life time experience. We feel realy let down by Viator.

Had a lovely afternoon at The Keukenhof Gardens, well worth visiting although a little disappointed that not all the tulips were out yet. A venue worth visiting but I would recommend mid April or later to be sure all plants have flowered.

Keukenhof Gardens are worth a visit. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Tulip Fields Tour was practically non-existent. The bus simply passes by some flower fields which are surrounding the gardens. The guides were ok but unremarkable.

For me the most exciting thing was the views of the flower fields from the bus. The gardens, though exquisite, are crowded, so it's a special pleasure to see the ribbons of color going by from the bus. If the drivers could keep this in mind it would be helpful!

Hotel Esterea was excellent. Very nice rooms, excellent customer assistance, very good breakfast._br/_ Tour and gardens were as hoped. Personnel helping load buses were rude and inconsiderate. On our bus he refused to let the wife of one man already on the bus and advised the husband that if she could not get on this was his problem. Left very negative impression.

The gardens were wonderful and deserve top rating. The coach journey could have been better organised. Everyone was sent across the road to wait for the bus. There was quite a bit of pushing, and then it was announced that there wasn't room for everyone and we would have to wait for the next bus. It soon came, but it might have been better to send people in two groups. When we arrived at the gardens we were told to be back at the coach for a six o'clock departure. We arrived before this time, but were told to get on the other coach, as it was ready to leave. Other people coming after us got on the first coach and it went out first. The people on the coach we had been sent to had been told to get back by a quarter past 6, so we had to wait. We couldn't understand why we couldn't get on the coach we came on, as we were well in time and there were still spaces.

It was a wonderful morning, the gardens were exceptional in every way and the tour was very well organized, with a charming and competent guide. Just a couple of small points - when I booked I didn't know the length of the tour, which may have been my fault. It was not made clear that clients would have to get boarding passes. I would recommend Viator to anyone going to Amsterdam.

It was a relaxing tour. We were a little disappointed with visit of Tulip field because there isn't any extra activity ongoing on the ground of the tulip festival. This tour may be more appreciated by people who are very interested in flowers and their spices.

Had a very enjoyable day out, well organised. Coach left of time, the commentary to the gardens was very informative. Buses left on time to come home again. Gardens were surperb, lots of color and well landscaped. One of the best trips I have ever done. Would recommend to everyone as a must do.

The gardens are indeed beautiful, although the tulips had bloomed early. the trip out to the gardens was nice, with some good description of the areas we were going through. Of course once inside you organised yourself. Upon leaving we went into a bus and the lady was amazing, so informative and I would like to congratulate her for her interest and people skills. Charming, enthusiastic and very knowledgable. We learned so much in the short drive back into Amsterdam. sorry cannot give you a name, especially as we completed this as the first day of our holiday.

A wonderful, well organised tour to Keukenhof Gardens. The gardens were magnificent and the 7 hour tour (5 hours at the gardens) was just the right amount of time to wander through the park. The flower displayes are unbelievably beautiful. We were lucky to have a mild sunny day to enjoy it all.

We were about 1 1/2 weeks to late to see the tulip fields in bloom, as they had already cut off the heads, but Keukenhof was not a disappointment. The Damrak embarkation point is frustrating. Not enough staff to direct people. Very caotic. Arrive early for your tour.

The tour went smoothly. Finding the pick-up location was easy and the trip to the Gardens was nice. Unfortunately, our trip was at the end of the season and almost all of the tullips had already bloomed and the only thing left were their green stalks. The Gardens were nice and I am sure the tullips were very beautifull when in bloom.

We enjoyed it very much. The gardens were magnificent even if it had been hot and a lot of the tulips had died. You could see the effort put in to having more bulbs in planters put out. I wish there had been a 4 hour option instead of jumping from 2 hours to 5. We had to wait a long while on the bus because some inconsiderate passengers probably left early and didn't tell anyone and therefore we waited for 30 minutes for no-shows. Would recommend.

I was disappointed that there was hardly any tulips on the ground at the time of our visit. Had I known, I might not have taken the tour. For this reason, I think the tour was overpriced. There was also a lot of confusion as to which bus we were supposed to take on the return trip. It was very disoroganized. I also didn't like that the guide (?) on the return trip openly pitched for a tip. .
