This was a wonderful trip with FIVE STARS quality and services. I would highly recommend everyone to take this trip. Definitely, the BEST bus trip I have ever had. Thank you very much for the excellent services.

Pickup and dropoff at the hotel where you are staying is a great help when traveling. Hostess on the bus was humorous and helpful.

Convenient and punctual pick-up from our hotel in Anaheim. Seats were comfy although to be honest, I expected a bit more luxe (seats were a little worn and smaller than expected - it feels as cramped, if not more, than an airplane seat) but overall comfortable enough. Our attendant (sorry, I am jetl-agged and her name escapes me right now) was humorous, helpful and professional. My mum-in-law was impressed that snacks and drinks were served twice during the four-hour journey. Kids (aged 4-8) were comfy enough - thanks to the movie (Cars 2) and the snacks, although if I recall correctly, there were no seat belts on our bus, which I would have preferred since I have young kids on board... Otherwise, I would definitely use this service again - I would have booked this over flying back from Vegas to Anaheim except the arrival time in Anaheim was too late to for us to enjoy a full day in Disneyland Anaheim. However, it is true that given that we had to arrive at the airport two hours before flight departure time, travelling time to and from the airports etc. booking airport transfer to our Anaheim hotel etc, there was no actual time savings even though the flight itself was only one hour-plus. Looking back, I would have preferred to take the lux bus, if only there was a morning bus to Anaheim...

From start to finish the journey was excellent and would definetly recommend this as an alternative to flying no hanging around in the airport and the scenery was fantastic well worth the trip.

First time on a bus trip- really comfortable and enjoyable- will do again. The wait, however, for another traveler for 1.5 hrs was a little concerning. It inconvenienced everyone else so it was a decision that I questioned. However, not knowing the circumstances- I had a good trip otherwise. Thank you.

Despite the very long wait to check-in. The bus ride itself was fun and a good way to see the desert - the hostess was hilarious!

We did this to at least see the landscape on the way to Vegas. The bus was comfortable and tour assistant very polite and quite humerous. It is an adequate way to get there and you dont have all the stress of the airport as both LA and Vegas Airports are huge. A good way to go that takes about 4.5hours.

Our bus trip to Vegas was little more than transportation. Firstly we were picked up 45 minutes after the time advised by the office. Then we waited for around 45 minutes in the bus at the Anaheim depot while things were "being sorted". It was hot and stuffy and there was no air conditioning during this time. The host on the bus was hopeless. She knew very little about our destination and had very little commentary to add to our trip. There were not enough snacks on the bus for everyone to choose their preference and only 15 headsets for a bus which seats around 45 people. The only positive was the bus driver. He was a good safe driver and got us to our destination smoothly. When we arrived, we were given very little information about how to get to our hotels. Overall, I would say the service was pretty ordinary.

Except for one snag (leaving Anaheim one hour late, thereby arriving in Las Vegas one hour late) the trip was comfortable and pleasant. I would use Viator again.

Picked up outside our hotel and dropped off only a $8 taxi ride from our hotel. Could've walked, but just bit too far with heavy suitcases. the transfer service itself was great - very informative and friendly tour guide.

The trip from Anaheim to Vegas was very good. Two drinks and a snack and a very funny guide! She gave us some interesting information and kept us entertained, along with the movie. To be honest this is really just a standard coach but it's nice to have someone looking after you.

It was a delight to to ride this bus. I was picked-up right on time from my hotel. The driver and the tour guide ensure that you're comfortable and will let you know way in advance what's expected during the ride. Next time when you want to travel comfortably from Anaheim to Las Vegas, make it easy for yourself, don't rent-a-car anymore, just book yourself through Viator.

Had to line up at depot even though I had online ticket. Bus was late leaving, then broke down. No blanket or pillow as advertised. Only 2 drinks allowed, no hot drinks. Only 1 snack which was peanut crackers or small bakery snack, neither appealling. Twenty minutes for lunch stopover to order, eat and get back on bus. Guide not particulary great or friendly. Bus did not drive down main strip but went around the back. No earphones, very noisy. Two hours late getting to Vegas. Will fly next time!

The driver and hostess were excellent! Our driver made an extra stop at a Vegas casino where we could get a taxi to our casino. Why would you have a drop off point at a casino with no taxi!

No pockets for magazines or books. No headphones for movies so I had to put up with sound when I only wanted to read or look at scenery. It did not drop us off at our hotel though the advertisement clearly stated hotel to hotel. Will advise travel agents of this last point as is important.

If you are expecting any type of luxury on this bus then you'll be very disappointed. There were no pillows, blankets, snacks or alcohol offered. We were lucky to get the one soft drink provided. This is nothing but a glorified bus with an attendant on it that we hardly saw or heard from through the whole trip.

My transfer was completed within the time frame expected. I found the tour operator abnoxious and insulting though. She made a wise remark at my ability to understand English when English is my first spoken language and I'm very fluent at that, when she had the strong accent! It wasn't appreciated nor necessary.

The bus was much less hassle than trying to fly from LAX to las Vegas with security delays at the airport, transfers from hotel to airport etc. They picked us up at our Anaheim hotel, and dropped us off at the drop off point in Las Vegas. We then caught a taxi to where we were staying easily.

Very relaxed trip. The hostess was such good fun.... would take the trip again to meet her. Hate the fact the seats recline though and someone in front set it to full recline the second she boarded.

The bus transfer from Anaheim to Las Vegas was fantastic, firstly the bus was one time, then you are warmly greeted by the staff of the bus. Once on the road your served snacks, pillows and blankets and have the option of watching a movie or listening to the great entertainment. This is a far better option than driving yourself, you get to soak in the view from Anaheim to Las Vegas. I would highly recommend this transfer to anyone. It's quick and relaxing, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.

Bus was late on the return journey. Original bus had broken down on the Monday so we were placed on a replacement bus which wasn't as good as expected. No galley, earphones etc and we weren't told this until way into the journey. Don't expect to get any food at the "break" in Barstow!

When you factor in the cost, time and hassle factor to get to and from the airport, the Lux Bus makes a whole lot of sense. What I wasn't expecting was the level of comfort and service that was provided - there is nothing coach class about this trip. We had a lovely hostess who served drinks and snacks (included in the cost) and the desert scenery was stunning. I'd really recommend this instead of flying to Vegas.

What a simple and easy way to get to Las Vegas. No hassles with getting to and from the airport and going through all those security checks. You get picked up from your hotel in Anaheim and transferred to the depot where you change to the coach. The coach ride is very comfortable with a stop along the way to stretch and get something to eat. Once you arrive in Las Vegas you are dropped at one of 3 locations, and there are plenty of cabs around to then get directly to your hotel.

This was so convenient! I wasn't too comfortable driving to Las Vegas, so this was a great solution for my friends and I. We slept on the bus most of the way which was something we couldn't have done if driving ourselves. Drinks and snacks were served on the bus and the hostess was very friendly. I would highly recommend this.
