This transfer was on time and not a bad service but again there were 11 of us in the casr but no as you state ... max of 7. The driver however was rude, tired and was falling asleep at the wheel - we feared he was going to crash and on several occassions swirved to the other lanes and barrier. We had to continually say driver are you ok - he either didnt listen or was just plain rude. He did not recognise or acknowledge our existence until he asked for the voucher and put his hand out for the tip._br/_ personally I would rather pay more and get a private car - these drivers need a good trainer to tell them about customer service as they have obviously been in the job too long.

Excellent. Our driver Clifton gave us a running commentary of all sights and even stopped at an attraction we missed to let us take photos. Mini bus was air conditioned and comfortable.

The driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel. We had to call the dispatcher and wait for our driver to return. He came back to pick us up and blamed me for the misunderstanding. When I reminded him that I told him twice what hotel we were staying at, he then blamed dispatch for the error. While driving us to the correct hotel. He talked on his cell phone the entire trip.
