this was one of the most relaxing rides to the hotel. Our driver got us to the hotel and was just a nice person and made us feel comfortable after a long plane ride.

Another Viator rip-off. I was charged US $ by Viator. The taxi that conveyed us was just a "normal" vehicle. Later when I got wiser, I used the taxi organised for us by the hotel---a swanking Mercedes !!---, and he charged us only Euro 40. !!! What a difference. My advice, please don't use Viator.

Flights from Cairo were 90 mins late and we were concerned that we will miss the ferry to Paros. GREAT to see the taxi-driver waiting with my name, we were well in time for the ferry. FIVE STAR SERVICE, will use it again in future!

I didn't have a very good experience, the driver wasn't friendly and barely said one word. I felt very uncomfortable. After such a long flight from Australia it would have been nice for the driver to at least ask how my trip was and to say that he hoped I enjoyed my stay. I did not feel very welcome. Also his driving was frightening, he drove so fast, he had road rage, he kept swerving in and out of lanes with no indicator. His presentation wasnt very professional either.And I know not all taxi drivers are like this as I had some great taxi drivers during my stay.it was not worth the money I paid, would have rathered to find my own taxi or a bus.

It was wonderful having a private car waiting for us at the airport after flying all day. The driver was easy to find and helped us with our luggage. For three ladies arriving at in a foreign country for the first time, this was a no-brainer!

It was overpriced as the driver was a taxi. I could have caught a taxi from the airport for less money. The benefit was having someone waiting for my arrival and the driver knowing where to go ahead of time (other taxi drivers I used didn't always speak English)

A regular taxi picked us up. Could have gotten one at the airport for less. Couldn't even fit all the luggage in the trunk without tying it in the back! Don't bother.

Everything was fine. The guy was waiting for us with a sign. He just has a regular taxi (so don't expect anything too fancy) and took us straight to our hotel. He also pointed out various sights and landmarks to us on our way. Very good - would use the service again.

Transfer never showed up. Had to call and prompt them to come and get me, was told to wait 1 hour. Ended up waiting 1 hour and a halp and then the taxi was surrounded by police when I got there. Waited again, nobody told me anything.....police ended up getting me a new taxi.

Dimitris met us just outside of customs and loaded our bags into the trunk of his Mercedes taxi. Traffic was heavy but Dimitris did a great job getting from ATH to our hotel in Piraeus. During the trip, my wife's passport slipped out of her pocket and landed on the back seat of the cab. Dimitris found it and returned it to our hotel later that afternoon. Vacation and cruise saved! When we arrived no one was there to meet us as promised. We had trouble finding anyone who spoke English or who cared to get involved with us. Finally we located a man who was helpful and two hours later we were on our way to the hotel. A big disappointment for a transfer that was prepaid before we left the US and a person was supposed to be there to greet us upon our arrival. Cannot recommend using Viator as your transportation into Athens. We are in our 70's and tired from our trip over and then had to deal with doing Viator's job once we arrived!
