I didn't see the guy immediately upon my exit at the airport. I had to call the local contact though once that was settled, we were okay. I got picked up in a taxi which was fine but not what I expected. Overall it was not bad.

Operator left a welcome letter at our hotel reconfirming the pick up time for our transfer and providing full contact details. Driver arrived early and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Very professional service!

Wewere worried that we would not get picked up because the Taxi's were on strike. When I called they assured us it would be no problem. The solution- they picked us up in a unmarked van not a taxi. We shared it with another couple. We parked in the lot and the driver helped us with the luggage to the terminal

The only difficult part was a pick up time must be determined upon arrival. No one answered the phone. Luckily, the concierge agreed to keep calling and verified the pick up time. The actual transportation was in a taxi. It went fine.

Met at the airport on time an delivered to hotel promptly. Good service but would have appreciated help with the luggage on arrival at the hotel as it was up some stairs not just left on the footpath.

We were met at the port on time and had no trouble identifying the greeter. We were surprised to be assigned tio an ordinary taxi but it was very clean and the driver with limited English was most courtious and helpful. Reached airport on time and without incident.

Was picked up by a taxi, not a private company. I could have hailed one at the hotel, but it was nice having one available at 6:30AM though where a taxi might not have been there that early in the morning when needed.

We exited the ship later, after all the group transfers left, and I was abit concerned that the driver would not arrive, since there were so many protests at that time. But arrive he did, with sign in hand, and drove quickly to the airport, even allowing me a pit stop.
