Guide who smokes all the time and doesn't explain much, small musical instrument museum and having brought to a tavern with bad food and expensive drinks with lousy performances. Better save you hard earned bucks.

Food was fair, tasted better Greek dinners during my stay there. The cultural performances were fairly engaging.... (i just would much rather be elsewhere when i was there that night).

the guide was pleasant, and the show was quite good when the professional dancers were on, but there was too much time spent on the audience participation conga sessions. It got very tedious since they kept doing that and they lasted a long time. The meal was poor, but that's not surprising for a show+dinner restaurant.

the night tour was only of the acropolis from the street. Dinner was okay. Not much for the money.

I had sooo much fun at the Greek Dinner Show! I met up with an amazing family traveling from Iraq. We talked, ate and drank wine and had a blast! The dancers were terrific and I even got to go on stage and "shake it" with a belly dancer, which was awesome! The food was delicious and even accomodated me with a vegetarian option. I have to say also, seeing the Acropolis at night from downtown was really spectacular. I highly recommend this tour!

The tour took us to a spot where we could take some photos of the Acropolis then a short trip around the city with commentary. It included a visit to a music museum then onto the restaurant for dinner. The show was essentially a dance floor with far too much audience participation and little performance from the singers and dancers. Please be advised that this tour only collects from select hotels and if your hotel is not one of them you will have to make your own way to and from the starting point of the tour and then sit through the pick ups and drops off of the selected hotels which could take up to 45 mins.

We thought the dinner and greek dancing show was awesome. Calling it a night time tour of Athens isn't really correct - not much of a tour. However, the stop at the Musical Instrument Museum was great! Overall - I would recommend this tour - it really was worth it!

The only site you see at night was the parthanon which you can see on your own.. The dinner show had already started by the time our group arrived . The best part of the tour was at the music musee .

As for the but tour part, we saw Acropolis from below the hill, a couple of monuments in Athens, and that's all._br/_ Also, our guide had terrible English, it was difficult to understand him.

I enjoyed the show. One suggestion I would like to make is to delete the audience participation as it was not enjoyable and caused the program to be too long. The music, dance and voices of the ensemable were excellent._br/_ The food was mediocre and not representative of what Greece has to offer.

This was not enjoyable at all. The food was terrible, drinks were extra which considering the price paid for the evening was too much. The entertainment was not great and the show was too long. One person in our group actually got up and left it was so bad. Not recommend this at all.

The visit to the ancient Greek musical instruments museum was fairly basic, probably not really my cup of tea! When we arrived at the Greek tavern we were herded in like sheep and had to fill up tables. Some people even had to sit in front of dirty plates from previous customers. The food was very basic, the owner abrupt and obviously only interested in our money, crowding as many toursits in as possible. Certainly didn't feel like a valued customer. The guide couldn't have cared less about us...he went straight to the bar and started drinking with some young ladies. The show itself was very good, with the dancers very talented and involving the customers well. The belly dancer looked as though she was bored and couldn't wait to go home! Wouldn't bother with this tour again!

Very disappointed in this tour. We have taken many tours through Viator and this one didn't live up to our expectations. First, we toured Athens before the sun went down. It wasn't at night and I specifically wanted the night lights for photos. Second, we only went to two areas: the Acropolis and the temple of Zeus. Third, we were late to the dinner show and missed most of the dancing. Lastly, the food was nothing to write home about. I gave it two stars as what dancing we did see was very good. Very disappointing and not worth the money!

The tour was good; although the restaurant was a lot of fun we were very crowded. The way our table was arranged we had limited view of the performance. half of the people had a colum and were not able to see much.

The sightseeing part of Athens was rather lame. We drove by the Temple of Zeus and stopped at the base of the Acrpolis to take photos. The music Museum was fun because we had missed it on our own walking tour, and the dinner show was very, very nice.

the worst tour ive ever had in my life. please save ure money and dont book this. the pictures here show that the acropolis is lit up and u get to see it which is a lie. the tour gives u like 5 min to hurry up and take pics and they dont care that its not lit up yet. the restaurant sucks. entertainment is good but its not worth booking a tour for it. find a good dance restaurant ureself or better yet book a dinner on a roof top restaurant ureself. the tour guide doesnt sit with u to answer questions or talk or anything.

The night sightseeing tour was not all that I thot it would be. _br/_ The trip to the museum was a little boring._br/_ The food was not good at the dinner. Most of us did not eat much._br/_ However the dancing and music was really great. If all we did was see the dancing and the musicians, it was worth the tour. There was alot of audience participation and the show was really well done.

The night sightseeing was good. We were surprised at the food--beef and potatoes American style. The group of students in another tour were at least given skewers with veggies. The drinks were very expensive. The entertainment was fairly good.

I read the reviews and was a little skeptical, so i had to sign up for this to see what it was all about. The night tour was amended, so we went to go to a greek instrument museum. that was interesting for the first 2 minutes. The museum guide was reading off the book.. word for word on each instrument and we were there for at least 30 minutes. we spent 5 minutes looking at the acropolis from below. (useless) Everything about the tour was horrible. the only thing that i was very happy about was the GREEK DANCE SHOW itself. the performers were amazing and were so much fun! my bf and I heavily participated. we had a bottle of (CHEAP) wine and 2 beers.. that was 30 euros -_-. drinks are not included in the price.heavily overpriced. and the food was just AWFUL. i paid all this money for a piece of chicken and 2 potatoes. You're better off going to this place on your own! It's a tavern located in PLAKA village. the tourguide was nice, but he was smoking the whole time... thumbs down!!!!!

Tour of Athens was very short and rather uninteresting. Dinner was just about OK, staff in restaurant were attentive, but the food was poor and basic. Music and dancing were good, but the floor was taken over by several women trying to upstage the good Greek singers. Disappointing evening and not value for money at all.

The night sightseeing part of this tour was pretty much non-existant. All we did was drive to the top of a hill area and look out over the bay. I was dissapointed in this because I thought I would see all the monuments lit up. The dinner show was interesting but long and the food wasn't that good.

This was really poor, the bus was so small and cramped we couldn't wait to get off! The guide was screaming down the microphone and it was so distorted that we just made conversation with other people on the bus...there is nothing to see, we were taken to a port and I am not sure why the Acropois is shown in the advertisement...as we do not go anywhere near it! The show was pretty tacky-again just another way for a very run down old taverna to try and make money from the tourists. One major point that I did not enjoy at all, it states clearly that it is a "GREEK" dinner show but most of the night they were singing in Spanish,Italian and I think Bulgarian as a tourist in Greece I only want ALL Greek-nothing else. Save your hard earned money here and buy yourself another tacky souvenier..you will get so much more long lasting enjoyment out of the Parthenon snow dome!

We give this a 5-star rating not for the sight-seeing, but for the Greek Dinner show which was absolutely fantastic! The dinner was pretty good but the show was just so much fun! The dancers really involved the crowd and everyone had an amazing time! The Greek music and dances were very entertaining. We had our 3 year old daughter with us who even went on stage for a few minutes to dance! and the dancers kept coming back to her which was something she loved! This one should definitely be part of your itinerary if you want to experience the true Greek culture. You'll discover exactly how fun-loving and wonderful the people are!

The sightseeing tour before dinner is very nice weather permitting. The tour bus is most comfortable and the tour guide was very pleasant. The dinner and Greek show was fun. My only comment would be that the show is a little long and after a full day of sightseeiing elsewhere, we would have preferred it to be about an hour shorter. The quality of the performers was great and the food was really good.

The show was good - I really enjoyed the dancers but they drug too many people from the audience on stage too many times - that got really old. The dinner was the worst food we had while we were in Athens and the value of the whole thing was pretty low for a pretty high price. There was no point at all in calling it a night sight seeing tour as all we did was drive to the port where you could see absolutely nothing in the dark! That made no sense at all. Just go straight to the dinner show, save the drive time, don't go to the port and cut the price. That would make it better. It was my least favorite thing on our whole trip. We used this operator for all our day trips and this was the only one we didn't like.

This was the 4th and last excursion we had in Athens. It was also the worst. Our hotel pick-up was 30 minutes late. We were beginning to think we had been forgotten. The so-called sightseeing was a drive to and from the port, using the same route. The driver broke the speed limit to make-up for lost time. We had one quick stop at the port to look over the boats and water. There was no actual night sightseeing in Athens. We had to walk a few blocks to the dinner theater. The guide took off once he left the bus, not allowing a chance for everyone to catch up. It was obvious we were late, as the show had started and the people were already eating. We were stuck at a table in the back corner. The food was barely okay and the show was good, though somewhat amateurish. This tour has potential, but needs vast improvement.

This was held at a cultural center and truly immersed you in Greek songs and dances. The food was satisfactory. I would have liked them to use a narrator to share what the dances were conveying. The group worked extremely hard, and everyone felt their passion. It would have been more powerful, though, to provide context and introductions to some of the instruments.
