Very disappointing, for the full trip did not experience even a possible sighting of either dolphins or whales. Lots of cliches and stories of previous sightings and experiences are not much comfort. Someone mentioned at the end that at least we enjoyed a "dood day on the water". Frankly, if I had wanted just a cruise in the bay I would have booked into one.

Did not think much of this excursion. More of an excuse just to take the boat out for a run.

wonderful afternoon only marred by the wildlife not wanting to be seen....but, hey, I've a voucher to have another try so that means I'll have to return to Auckland at some time in the future!

The dolphins were really great. We didnt see any whales though. The captain really tried to get sightings of whales for a long time, but guess we were just unlucky.

The only reason I did not rate this higher was that there were no dolphins or whales. I did get a voucher and it was a nice day for a boat ride, yes i would do it again.

The trip was pleasant, but we saw very little wildlife - some gannets and a few dolphins. Have seen more prolific wildlife in our own neighborhood on the Florida coast. Was hoping for whale sightings, but they never occurred.

Weather and viewing conditions will vary from day to day, so you won't know what you will see until you go out. Overall, the trip was worth the money.

The original time I booked was cancelled, but then the tour went ahead that afternoon when the weather was dreadful, we didn't see any whales or dolphins. Could barely see anything because of the rain. I received a voucher for a free trip valid forever.
