Trip was great and we were able to see a lot of different and gorgeous lavender fields.The guide was very nice and friendly. Only drawback was that it felt rushed and with a lot of driving. The stop at the hill village could be omitted for more time in the town of Sault for example. Overall good value though.

i enjoyed the lavender fields very much. the view was splendid. however, it was very disappointing that we did not spend any time at all in the town of sault, even though the itinerary mentioned it. i felt that the drive down just for the view of gordes was not worth it. i would rather spend the time in the village of sault.

A wonderful way to see some of the beauty of the Luberon Valley. Our driver was punctual and charming and patient with our basic French language skills. We were very happy with our tour and would highly recommend it to any visitor to the area as a stress-free way to get the most out of an afternoon.

The tour guide is more of a driver. She didn't say much during the entire trip, and she was rushing in every second. She was also driving very fast on the mountain road and almost got into an accident with the coming car since she was driving 80kmhr.

An great way to see some of Provence if you are on a short break with a limited amount of time. The trip was 'speedy' but has to be to allow for sufficient time at the various stops. Our guide was very good and informative about the region.

If you really want to see lavender in full bloom, plan your visit between June 15 and July 15. Otherwise, don't expect to see much. I went in early August. That said, the excursion was interesting. Lovely scenery and a farm-run lavender distillery. The guide was pleasant and knowledgeable, not his fault that there wasn't much lavender left. The other three passengers in the minivan were pleasant.

Very nice and friendly guide. The half day trip is a bit rushed though, as it takes just over an hour to get there, and the same time to come back, so not much time to relax. I suggest if you have time, take a full day trip. The view is definitely worth it!

The trip was very enjoyable. The drive was quite long out there and would have been more enjoyable if the driver had played music such as traditional French music to make it seem like we were experiencing more of the culture.

We actually ended up doing the full day tour. If you are there in late June or early July, it is well worth doing a tour because lavender in bloom is amazingly beautiful.

The total journey shown is 4-5 hours, I waited for the driver for half an hour, reached the lavender farm, we stopped there less than 15 minutes. And rushing like a mad dog to another spot we were late for the meeting time and the driver was very unhappy. That was a very unpleasant experience as she kept saying she need to rush back for the 2nd batch tour. And we reached back to the hotel around 1230pm, as she drove fast. I would rather rent a car and drive to the places I wish to go. That wasn't my lucky day.

Our guide was friendly and responsive, with a kind sense of humor and warmth. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, optimizing our first experience in the beautiful countryside of Provence. We took the afternoon tour and he was kind enough to drop us off at the Avignon train station for our trip back to Paris on the high speed train. We loved the fields of lavender and sunflowers and the charm of the town of Sault. We were in a small van with a very compatible group of seven people, which also made the trip intimate and fun. We would love to go back to Provence.

A really lovely tour. The driver was very friendly and informed. Nice stops en route and picking us up at our hotel he was prompt. Would definitely recommend.
