Enjoy the peace and beauty of this area as you fish for Lake Trout and Rocky Mountain Whitefish. Don't worry about not catching anything - the technique used in ice fishing means it's easy for everyone to catch fish. 1-2 lb Lake Trout are abundant and occasionally even 10-20 pounders are caught.

Conveniently located 45 minutes from Banff, and 25 minutes south of Canmore, Banff ice fishing at Spray Lake is a very accessible experience. All trips are private and you will be accompanied by experienced and informative guides. Groups of up to 12 can easily be accommodated.

Choose from 4 heated huts allowing you to fish in comfort. Guides will also cook your catch for a delicious shore lunch, and will keep a kettle warm for hot drinks.
