We were 2 couples aged early 60's and thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. It was a wonderful start to our holiday in Thailand and the variety of buffet food (thai and european) was excellent - and plenty of it. The entertainment on board was very good - the band playing popular songs for all ages, softly in the background and the thai dancers and all crew staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful views from the boat. Good value for money and Viator were very efficient.

I was NOT impressed by this over-priced excursion! The points I make were made by many others on this excursion and I only hope they have the courage/impetus to do their review/s in a like manner - we owe it to our fellow travellers. The food was the worst I have ever had, rice was tepid (a breeding ground for salmonella) the chicken curry was all bone and gristle, the other dishes were equally awful as were the desserts AND it was all self-service. I could have stayed home and got better service. You had to pay extra for any drink/s you had. The pick-up was awful too. I was the last to be picked up but people already on the mini-bus had been on it from 17.00/17.30pm (I was picked up at 18.50!). The people, in Bangkok, running this should look at the Paris Seine dinner cruises and take a leaf out of their book. The waiter service at your table, the TWO bottles of wine per table included in the price, the SUPERB food , is surely to be emulated. I am only sorry that this review has had to be done so many days after the actual trip ( I have only just returned to the UK) and that many people may have already booked/been on this 'cruise'. VIATOR you should carefully check the excursions you are selling. In future I will wait until I am in the country (to which I have travelled) in order to book any like excursions.

A wonderful evening! This sights along river are great at dusk as the lights of the city come on. The buffet had a vast variety and very tasty. We loved the opportunity to sample a variety of local dishes.

The cruise was enjoyable, with many sights like various temples being seen along the route. The route goes up the river one way, and then turns around and goes up the river the other way._br/_ We went at 7pm, and saw all the sights lit up at night, which was beautiful. _br/_ The entertainment was fine, with a majority of popular western songs being played and sung in 'Karaoke' style. Their were also entertainers dressed in traditional Thai costumes, dancing to some local music. _br/_ The food, which was a hot and cold buffet was not so great and very limited. There was also a mad rush of passengers getting up to help themselves to the buffet when buffet was opened, which was frustrating, as they should have called the tables ups gradually. _br/_ The staff however were very friendly and the pick up service from the hotel was very efficient._br/_ Overall the experience of the cruise was good which is why it just about gets a four star from me! _br/_ Just about value for money!

To see Bangkok at night is an ok tour, but we have seen better sights on our travels. There was good entertaintment aboard and you are seated at your own table. The food is plentyful but goes quickly in the melee, however we ended up with food poisoning!! The hotel picked was half hour earlier than the agreed time and then sat for 35mins outside another hotel waiting for other people!! Would I do this cruise again? NO

This dinner cruise was nice. Food was good, but drinks were expensive (and not included). We enjoyed seeing the temples and city lit up at night. We had a great table on the upper deck - I highly recommend requesting the upper deck seating if possible.

Thoroughly relaxing, enjoyable, even romantic, evening with the added benefit of lovely views. Each party had their own table and there was plenty to eat. There was even entertainment the whole time with a dancer, singers, saxophonist and the evening finished with dancing. The transport was well organised too.

The cruise was good value and very enjoyable. My one complaint was that I nearly missed the trip because the minibus arrived at my hotel 90 minutes prior to departure rather than the stated 30-60 minutes.

This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Bangkok. The food was great, the sights along the river amazing, and the entertainment was...special! Highlight had to be the waitresses in full traditional Thai costume, line dancing to Billy Ray Cyrus!

The cruise at night seeing the sights was really lovely. However, the transfer to the river we were kept waiting in a minibus for 25mins! Also the food on the boat was disappointing and the live music was too western (1970s numbers!) - not enough Thai culture/atmosphere.

Wonderful trip,very well organised. It was great being on the top deck as you have the great views and it is where the entertainment is. Wouldn't have been so good if we were on the lower deck. The evening finished too early, could have gone on for about another hour as just got dancing and then we had to get off.
