Once we found the driver, service was good, directions to find the driver were not clear, once we found the place to meet the office was closed., the driver found us in front of the closed office.

Not bad. Our flight was delayed. Guy wasn't at the exit with a sign, but found us. He seemed annoyed that we were late but all was good when we were on the road. Made sure we were at the right place and even walked us to the door to make sure.

Our flight arrived in BCN over 90 min. late due to mechanical problem in ATL. There was no driver. Finally found somebody that directed me to the transportation office, which was closed. Made my way to the tourism office and found a very nice agent that called the transportation company. I talked directly to them and they assured me a driver would be there in 15 min. In about 30 min. a driver came, called me by name, and took us to our hotel. A little stressful at first after a 9 hr. flight but in the end, all things turned out well and I would use them again and recommend there services.

Had a little trouble finding the driver when we arrived. Pick-up point instructions could have been clearer, particularly the location of the office. However, the delay was only about 20 minutes. Good service right to the hotel

It was only be luck that we happened to locate the driver we literally stumbled onto him. If that hadn't happened our transfer would have been significantly delayed. After we found the driver the service was excellent. I would not recommend the service or use it again.

yikes...was a little disappointed couldn't communicate with the pick up agency to inform them that the flight was delayed an hour...there was not one person at the counter to get assistance...had to us the pay phone to get another driver to pick me up (which took 2 hours to pick me up) not what I wanted when arriving at 8am, tired and just wanting to get to the hotel...do not recommend this service if there is not an agent available to interact with. recommend less than 1 star.

It was a bit difficult to locate Viator in the terminal and took more time to find a driver. Would have been nice to have someone at arrivals to meet us holding a sign. Another couple on the plane had also booked this and were as confused as we were. Hotel was hard to find (even though Viator knew the name and address beforehand and I had driving instructions printed out in Spanish). Ended up being dropped in the vicinity and walking the last few streets - not directly the fault of the driver as some streets are pedestrians only on Sunday but we really had no idea where we were going!

very confusing on arrival. Not what it said on the tickets but in a totaly diferent building and it seems that all pick ups are met next to a giant black horse. When the shuttle did arrive it drove miles away to get petrol, then doubled back again. Needless to say neither us or the other three couples were happy. When coming back we just caught a taxi and it was six pound cheaper for the two of us , so if there are four of you i would definately get a taxi.

This was a good way to get to our hotel, I made use of the service when I arrived and my wife also used the service when she arrived a few days later. The only negative thing I would say about the airport shuttle was the office was not that easy to fine and after coming off a twenty-one hour flight the last thing anybody what s is to have to 'hunt around a strange airport for a shuttle bus. I think either a meet and greet desk outside the arrivals area or some good signage directing people to the office down stairs would be a great help. After finding the correct area and office all went smoothly from there to the Hotel

We were told that our driver would be waiting for us when we arrived, but he wasn't there. Fortunately, they had an office right on the Barcelona airport for us to go to find out what was going on, however, the guy at the desk, didn't have a clue. While we waited for someone to come to take us to our hotel, it was another 1/2 hour at least before we were on a bus. While the driver was able to find the other 2 hotels for other 2 couples, it took him 3 hours to find out hotel.

We arrived late due to missed flight from Paris so had to wait more than an hour for driver to return to pick us up. It was late at night so that was a bit of a drag and we had a long day ahead. Nice van and comfortable drive to hotel. A bit hard to understand driver so not much interaction.

It is so easy to get on the shuttle bus from the airport into Barcelona. We arranged the shuttle for our 16 year old daughter because we thought it would be somewhat more efficient and safer. Wrong - it took almost 2 hours for her to leave the airport while they waited for another family who never came. My son came in the next day on the same flight and was in Placa Catalunya in about 45 minutes after touchdown. Take the shuttle.

I had a hard time finding the company's desk and when we get there it was closed. It's very inconvenient to look for a public phone where most of the people don't speak English.
