Prompt and on-time. Courteous driver. Older but clean van. Initally had misunderstanding of pick-up time but promptly resolved. Recommend using military hrs ( 24 hour time) as this would be less confusing.

There was no one waiting in the arrival hall as promised in the instructions. Required a telephone call to arrange the pick-up. An overall wait of over an hour in the arrival hall.

we had a hard time looking for the person to pick us up. we were expecting that we will see him outside w/ a plackard of our name, but we have to ask where the office was and the people we asked were not so friendly. the office was in the lower level which was so hard to find, considering it was already 8:40 in the evening, we didn't know where to go. yet we were the one who looked for the driver.

Pick-up was usually at least 3 hours from departure flight time as far as my recent experiences with this service was concerned but at this instance I had to call the local service operator to follow-up the pick-up as it was already almost 2 hours from my flight. It is an international flight thus it would require more time vs a domestic flight within Spain.

The transportation was fine. The big problem was trying to find them in the first place. Unlike a lot of transportation services that have someone waiting that holding a sign with your name on it, with this company you have to find them. It took 40 minutes to find where they were. The ride from our hotel back to the airport went without a hitch. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to and delivered us without any problems.

was told we would be picked up at 3.45am only for him to arrive at 2.57am so as we weren't ready he was going to leave we had 10 mins to get ready we just did it or he would have left without us should have turned up when we were told or we should have been contacted to say the pick up time had changed

These transfers were excellent. They were convenient and gave us peace of mind knowing we wouldnt be taken for a ride as there are so many charletons out there. They were always on time, couteous and spoke good English which was reassuring especially when in countries where they speak a different language. We will definately use them again. Go for it!

This transfer from my hotel to the airport was great, it took all of the worry out of getting to the airport on time. We were the only 2 passengers in the van so we didnt have to share space with anyone or their bagsvery roomy. The driver was very courteous, knew the city and spoke English very well. I would recommend this transfer back to the airport to any traveler.

The only problem here was that the driver arrived on time by his watch but was early by my watch. So he left and we missed each other by a couple of minutes. He should have waited five minutes. He said he tried to call, but apparently he didn't properly make an international call as my phone did show a missed call. But it worked out as he returned.
