I specifically asked for a vehicle large enough to transport my wife and I plus four suitcases. The driver showed up with a car that could not carry us and the bags requiring that I also hire a cab - at an additional 40 Euros - to take me and one bag to our hotel.

We arrived at the airport and our Transfer was waiting for us. It is so nice to have this service waiting for you in a city you are not familiar with. We arrived at our hotel quite quickly. Our driver was Carlos for both the trip to hotel and port pick-up. He was extremely polite, helpful, and punctual. It was a bit challenging to make the 24-hour advance call prior to port arrival, but we were able to manage. The office was very helpful to make original arrangements on short notice by phone. The transfer from port to BCN airport was actully less expensive than the service offered by the cruise line.
