My daughter and I were thoroughly impressed. The driver, in chauffeur attire, was waiting for us in luxury vehicle as we exited cruise terminal. He drove us quickly and efficiently to airport where he waited to insure that he parked squarely in front of the entrance which led to the desk of our airline. He even pulled up the handles of our luggage for us. At first appearance the cost seems high, but when you look at it in comparison to the fee of the cruise line (it was $10 more per person) to be put on a bus with 30 other people then our ride was well worth the difference.

The driver was very professional (dressed in a suit) and arrived in an SUV with plenty of room for our luggage. He spoke very good English and pointed out restaurants and shopping center close to the hotel. I would have rated them five star except the driver arrived 20 minutes late. Another driver however informed us that he was on his way, so we did not feel forgotten.

I called them the night before to organise a new pick up time, f rom 8am to 9am, but they still were not on time, and then when they did arrive they had to wait for other people to be picked up too and the drivers got stuck in traffic.

We were met at the cruise port by the local travel agent representative. Due to local traffic, the car service was delayed about 30 minutes, but the local representative kept us informed. The service was excellent and the driver very helpful and courteous.

The driver picked us up and took us to the airport without any problems. The only negative was on our Viator voucher, we were told to contact the travel service at least 24 hr. before our departure date to confirm the reservation. Two weeks before the travel date, I called. Agent did not have record of my reservation, said will email me. Never received an email. I called the day before the travel date from the cruise ship, incurring large phone expense. The company made me feel like they had the reservation so why was I calling? We should not have to call the travel company to confirm the reservation.

Not a good experience. We saw the man holding the sign with my name but he had the wrong time. He made 2 calls and said 20 minutes and disappeared - we never saw him again. After 30 minutes I found the van and the driver made calls and finally let us on the van and took us to the hotel. Not a good experience.

The driver was well dressed . He arrived on time and greet us warmly . When the car arrived at the airport , the driver quickly get 3 trolley for us and helped us to load all the luggage on to the trolley then say goodbye with a big warm smile .He really made us feel like a close friend seeing us off .We will definitely recommend Viator to our friends who is about to take the cruise trip from Barcelona.

Driver and service were great but it cost us at least four times what a cab would have cost. It was a mini-van at a limo price. They charged 136 USD to take 4 people from the port to the hotel - a fifteen minute or less ride. Total rip-off! Take a cab instead. There are many waiting when the ships arrive. Only wish I had known.

Everything worked out perfectly! One never knows when you actually get off the cruise ship till the last day. Our driver was there much earlier than the requested time which we found to be very nice after a long two weeks at sea! The only issue we had was confirming the transfer, calling from the cruise ship can be expensive, so I wish there was an option for cruisers to skip the confirmation call.

We had the same driver upon arrival at BCN airport 10 days earlier. He was polite and punctual, early in fact, to make our tight schedule for airport check-in. His smiling face greeted us at 6:30 a.m. to make the 910 flight to London, Heathrow. Long check-in lines left little time to spare at the gate. More expensive than a taxi, but cheaper than a Norwegian Cruise Line transfer. Easy to load and go!

The diver spoke beautiful English and furnished us with quite a bit of information about Barcelona on the way to the hotel. We disembarked earlier than planned and had to wait for the pick up, but I was afraid to change the time in case it got lost in translation and we ended up with two rides.
