We had a wonderful time at the Hard Rock Barcelona. We had great service from the time we walked in the door from the time we left. If you tire of eating Spanish food and have a yearn for a good American burger, this is the place to go. Great location also. Lanier Jones, Maryland USA

WE WERE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE 2 HOUR WAIT TIME WE HAD, SO SAID IN YOUR PROMOTION OF THIS CAFE THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT, WE DEBATED TO BOOK OTHER BARCELONA TRIPS WITH THIS COMPANY, BUT DID NOT AFTER THIS DINING MESS.

WE HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS TO GET INTO THE HARD ROCK CAFE. WE WE TOLD THAT WE HAD NO PRIORITY SEATING. WE WOULD HAVE NOT BOOKED WITH YOU IF WE HAD NOT BEEN TOLD BY YOU COMPANY THAT WE HAD NOT TO WAIT, WE HAD EXPECTED TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE SEATING , BUT NOR OVER 2 HOURS. WE PAID IN ADVANCE SO THIS SERVICE.

Excellent--but the restaurant is very loud--but we also could have eaten outside in the cafe. The food was fine and actually it was an excellent idea to have paid for our meals in American Dolllars before the trip. paying in euros is much more money. remind the server if you like your burger what medium means..The ribs were great--the ice cream sundaes were fabulous--

Fab! easy to find just off las ramblas. I booked the diamond menu as a surprise and we were given a table straight away, no waiting! Food choices were really good and portions were huge! all soft drinks were included as well even a huge ice cream sundae for dessert. Atmosphere was buzzing we love the music!! defo recommend really good value for money xx

I initially went to the restaurant at lunchtime, but was told I would have at least a fifteen minute wait - so much for priority seating !!!!_br/_ As I had only limited time, I left and went back in the evening, and was seated straightaway, and staff were very attentive.

Had a great meal here. The placed was packed with people ( it was a Saturday night ), but due to my voucher , I got a seat right away. The food was good, and the staff was very nice.

Great location, beautiful decor, excellent staff who were polite and helpful.However the menu was very limited the main course was a good size and the food was full of flavour. However the desert wasn't brilliant ,it was basically two scoops of ice cream with a drizzle of chocolate fudge sauce. It wasn't what i expected for a dessert which was meant to be a Chocolate fudge sundae.

It is okay only to have seating priority, but if you eat in the normal hours as they do in the States you should not have to wait long at all. Also the price is the same even better when you walk in and order on your own, because we did that and we came-up better and much more food with the same price what we paid on the net, especially when we order the prime rib on our own it was twice bigger the amount. Thanks

My partner and I went during peak dinner time, despite this, we were bumped up the queue at least 6 bookings in the queue and we were seated at a great table within 5 minutes! We had the diamond menu, easy and straight forward. Having prepaid, it made the evening hassle free. Service was brilliant, food came quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Priority seating wasn't really necessary at noon since lunch is usually later for the locals, but it was very nice to be seated immediately. Menu was pre-planned fewer choices. Great atmosphere, very nice wait staff. Totally enjoyed it!

Friendly and professional staff, good atmosphere plus they play some great music which is accompanied by the music vids on numerous TV screens around the seated areas and bar. I've been here twice already and would happily go again. Note that if you're buying food from the Diamond menu, expect a large entree portion.

We had a good North American style meal. They understood the voucher right away, so we didn't have a problem. Local restaurants are great, but sometimes it's nice to have a prepaid meal with a huge soft drink, with ice!!
