The flight itself was breathtaking, really a great experience, and the crew was very friendly. Two items that put a slight damper on our experience were: 1) the need to go to 3 separate launch sites before getting off the ground (which added 1.5 hours of driving around), and 2) our flight group of 6 included 2 native spanish speakers, and so the crew defaulted to speaking primarily to them in spanish, which made us feel like an afterthought and that it would be awkward to ask them to repeat everything they were talking about during the flight. On the ride home, the driver/crew and spanish speaking couple were having a conversation in spanish, where then one of the crew called us all out jokingly to "not all talk at once" - well, there was no way for us to participate in the conversation, so we found the comment a bit rude. Overall - it was a great, safe flight and wonderful scenery - but these two items keep me from being able to rate the experience higher unfortunately.

Fantastic. A must thing to do while in Barcelona. The whole experience was unbelievable and great fun from collection at Hard Rock Cafe to drop off. It was so nice to get some quiet time away from the madness.

This tour was an experience on its own. They picked us up at the hotel and the flight was a series of pleasant surprises. The pilots were extremely kind and knowledgeable of winds and manoeuvering. We felt very safe at all times and the sights were superb! Bring along your movie camera. At the end of the flight you get a pleasant edible surprise together with the bubbly, courtesy of the crew. Do not miss it!

Our Hot Air Balloon experience was the finishing touch to a wonderful week in Barcelona. We had beautiful clear blue skies and I'd give it 9/10 for sheer relaxation. The bubbly with lunch helped celebrate 3 passengers birthdays including my husband and myself :o)

I stupidly thought I was ballooning with Viator, which I picked especially for possible risky experience as it is presumably a major trusted world events company, rather than a local company it would have been heaper to book with them than pay the fee to Viator. Also Viator stated that my 1st choice date was booked but when I contacted the local company re confirmation and pick up I found out than Friday was booked and Saturday would be better! This could have had a big impact on my holiday plans if I had trusted the Viator details!

A spectacular time! Our hosts picked us up at our hotel along with two other couples and drove us to the launch site in a beautiful bucolic setting. They were friendly and fun and made us feel perfectly at ease to take such a ride high in the air. The balloon floated effortlessly through the air...no bumps, no high winds, no fears. The calmness of the flight made the whole experience even more wonderful than we could have imagined. After we landed and helped pack up the balloon , we celebrated with a glass of champagne and sandwiches toasted on irons held above the balloon's flaming system! Very unique...very delicious!

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend & it was worth every penny. It was an early start, but we were picked up from our hotel by the pilots, who were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The balloon trip was just a fantastic experience, and the skill of the pilot was something to behold. I would recommend this to anyone!

This was absolutely amazing and I would recommend anyone to do it. The guys were brilliant. We ended up having an exclusive flight as the weather was not good on the planned day of our flight, which was an unexpected bonus. We floated over the Montseny foothills of the Pyrenees on a balmy day hearing nothing but the sound of an occasional barking dog. Below us fields spread out in the valley reminiscent of a Van Gogh painting. The experience was sheer peaceful bliss. At one point we were up in the clouds, an eerie experience and a little cold. The certified operators, who speak several languages, were charming and upbeat. Aside from the trip, I found the processes of inflating the balloon and the descent to be fascinating. I would do this every day if I could!

It was amazing! The guys who run this tour are very nice. The views were beautiful. If you're looking for something romantic, then do this with your partner. It's money well spent. It's also very relaxing and fun. I would definitely do it again!
