This pick up from the airport and the return journey a week later went very smoothly. Frank our driver, both times, was very friendly, chatty, helpful and efficient. In fact he rang us the day before we were due to leave to say that our flight number wasn't the flight he had recorded for us. But all worked out well. Would do this again - saves a lot of frustration.

The quality of the vehicle and staff were excellant. During my trip we had prearranged airport transfers in Bangkok, Phuket, and Beijing with the Beijing pick up was easily being the best. We accidentally left a book in the car during our arrival pickup and were given the book back during our departure pickup. Can't say enough good things about the outstanding service we received.

Great service. The driver on the return trip actually checked me in. This transfer makes life much easier. Taxi drivers at Beijing Airport are not very helpful.

I was glad that I had booked the transfer as my flight was delayed and I arrived very late at Beijing. In addition the hotel i was staying is not well known (even though its at a great location) so I found later that most taxis struggled to find it - so it was great to find the driver waiting at the airport patiently and driving me to the hotel safely. Very professional and very nice! The price is equal to what any hotel will charge you hence its fine - local taxis may be cheaper and local transport like subway much much cheaper but this has more convenience and comfort specially with the language challenges.

I arranged this airport pickup because my flight was arriving at midnight, and I wasn't sure that I could catch a train or bus to central Beijing. When I arrived, nobody was there. After having an information booth call the company, I learned that the driver was held up in traffic, and the company offered to reimburse me the cost of a taxi. This is exactly what I didn't want. For the next hour my taxi driver was basically yelling at me in Chinese, communicating nothing, and clearly upset that he had to drive into the city center.

Hilton was waiting for my wife and I when we arrived in Beijing. We were transported to our hotel and agreed on a pickup time for three days later. My driver spoke good english and was there at the airport with my name on a sign as soon as I stepped out of customs. He was at my hotel to take me back to the airport at the specified time. The drive was a bit of an adventure, as driving in China can be quite an experience. Driving in developing countries can be a little scary, as people take the road rules with a grain of salt, China being no exception. Other than that, he got me to my destinations on time and was very courteous. Just remember to wear your seat belt and don't take the driving personally, many drive like this in develooing countries.

As this was my first trip to Beijing, even to China, I could be relaxed about arrival because I knew I was being met. My driver, however, was not outside customs as I expected. I had to call the office, and luckily had enabled my cell phone to work in China so could do that easily. My driver arrived very soon, thank goodness, and was a paragon of good service thereafter. Having now taken a taxi from Beijing to the airport, I would do so again if expense were a priority. A taxi costs $20 less. If, however, total comfort and individual service are more important, then Viator's transfer service is the way to go.

they took the hassell and stress out of my arrival and transfer to my hotel in Beijing. The tour guides was most helpful and patient considering i had a 3 hour delay with my flight. More expensive than a taxi but excellent in terms of the experience. My driver met me at the arrivals hall after customs and whisked me off to the underground carpark to his very clean and comfortable car. He arranged to pick me up 6 days later and was on time. We got caught in a traffic snarl, but he had left more than enough time and so I was at the airport comfortably. I noticed that the guests at my hotel had to wait quite a long time for both taxis and the shuttle bus, and some were turned away repeatedly from the bus as it was too small. I didn't have any of these worries by using this service. Worth it even if it is twice as expensive as a cab.

The driver was waiting for me as I exited customs at Beijing Airport. He spoke perfect English and signed me up for 2 day trips the following 2 days. The only problem was that the driver who picked me up at the hotel and drove me to the airport did not speak any English and did not drop me off in front of the terminal. He parked his vehicle and proceeded to walk me through the parking lot and terminal building to the ticket counter. I was unable to communicate with him why we were doing this. I would have preferred to be dropped off in front of the terminal building. The walk would have definitely been shorter. I paid for an English speaking driver and was not supplied with one. I think next trip I will take a cab to and from the airport.

My boyfriend and I arrived in Beijing late, around 10:30pm. It was nice to be greeted by the driver holding a sign with our names when we walked into the arrival area, and not have to worry about getting a cab so late. The driver did not speak English, but called someone at the tour company who told us the same driver would pick us up the day we left and what time to expect him. He helped us with our bags, and when we departed Beijing he parked in the lot and took us to the terminal so we knew the way.

It was great not having to worry about any language problems. The driver was there promptly and on the way to the hotel he pointed out points of interest. I had the same driver pick me up and take me back to the airport and he was wonderful.

This was great. The driver was waiting at customs with our names on a poster as promised. There was absolutely no confusion. I would definitely use this service again. Beijing is so huge, and there is so much traffic, getting a taxi of your own would not only be exhausting but it would probably be quite expensive relatively speaking...and all your luggage might not fit in the trunk of the car. This was great, as was the pickup service. The diver was on time.
