This was a nice way to see the entire city. Our pass was actually good for two days since they close early in the winter months, last bus left at 4:30 to be finished by 6 pm and they mean it. The only thing we did not care for was the departure point was across town from where we were staying and you must start there, tours begin at 9 am but you must be to the TV tower by 11 am according to the aviator website. We actually arrived at 8:50 am and were told by the ticket agent that we were late, buses started at 8:00 am and we might not make it to the TV tower by 11 am tour time. We were worried and it kind of ruined the city tour part, but when we got to the TV tower at 11:20 am they did not seem to care at all. So all that worry for no reason, all in all it was a great way to see the city.

I loved this trip. I have used this kind of tour in New York city and find that it is a great way to get to know a city and lets you see where you would like to re-visit and spend more time. This trip did not dissapoint. It covered all of the criteria you would look for - friendly service, punctual and frequent buses, good audio commentary. To sum it up - great. On the day we were to go up the tower (supposed to be early morning) the fog was thick. The operators were kind enough to let us return that night and see the city lights. They also gave us a complimentary glass of champagne. We had a lovely time. Berlin is a fabulous city - hope to visit it again sometime.

We had a bad experience because when we went to the TV Tower first thing in the morning, they took our tickets. However, the tickets were also for the hop-on-hop-off bus. The TV Tower employee eventually agreed to photocopy the ticket for us so we would have something to show the bus driver. My advice would be to print two copies of the tickets.

Great. Commentary in a choice of 6 different languages on headphones actually worked much better than I had imagined.

I was not at all satisfied with the bus tour. The points to obtain the actual tickets were NOT available online. I was staying miles from KuDam._br/_ Just as bad, the buses came very infrequently---much longer wait time than the_br/_ other tour buses. I would not book with Viatour_br/_ again.

Great way to see the city. I also agree that there is no skip the line entry to TV tower. You still have to turn your voucher into tickets because they need bar codes. With that being said, that early in the morning there was no line so there was no waiting. Very enjoyable day in Berlin.

The Hop On Hop Off Tour in Berlin is NOT good. The Bus just takes you in one direction. It does not ply in reverse so if missed out something then you have to take another round that two hours again. The price does not justify the tour. There are many much cheaper and better options available. However TV Tower is worth watching. But Viator is good.

Good open bus tour that allowed us to see the city. However, the Skip the Line Entry at the TV tower never happened. We had to wait in line and we did not get a drink when we got up there.

Bus tour OK - much the same as any other on offer in Berlin. TV Tower - GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! Lots of photos with buildings highlighted help you locate yourself in the panorama. Numbers monitored - so not too crowded. Lift ride - 305m in 30seconds!!!!!!! Wow!! Well worth it!!!!!!! Be prepared for airport level security though to get in!

The tower viewing was a nice idea for the tour and i enjoyed it but then all went wrong. sometimes when travelling it's not possible to print out some details and even though i had all my confirmation on my blackberry, it wasn't accepted. What about going green? Also before that no buses would take me on, because none of them were the carriers. The website didn't indicate where are the hop on and off points and i had to go wondering around the city. After 30 mins trying, I just gave up and explored it on feet or local transport.

The Bus Tour was great, just flashed the ticket and hopped on. BUT the people at the TV tower knew nothing of this offer._br/_ So no skipping of queues and no champagne. I even had to ask them to photocopy the ticket as they wanted to keep it, which would have left me without a bus-tour ticket. Bus = 10/10. TV Tower = 1/10.

Trip was fine but we had to go a long way to get the tickets when I could have bought them from the concierge at the hotel or from any of the people selling them at the various bus stops. Also, it isn't nice to use headsets that others have used - far better to give each passenger a set that they take with them. There were no queues at the TV tower so there was no advantage pre-booking. And you stil have to queue to come down.Maybe its worth pre-booking in the summer when there are more tourists.

Skip the line was not an advantage as there was no queue when we went (last week in November). By the time we had found where we were supposed to go when we got in we could have bought a ticket at the ticket booth and gone up the Tower quicker. The views and coffee in the revolving restaurant made up for it. Hop on/off tour ok, a good way to get an overview of the City.

The buses did not run as scheduled. One bus driver left without picking up a single passenger. The skip the line entry to the TV tower deal doesn't exist. Stood in a different line that was longer than the ticket line and slower!

This was really good. You get into the TV Tower straight away rather than lining up for 2 hours. Great views, and you can have dinner there up at the top in the restaurant, but its really expensive. Bus was really good too.

The bus tour was interesting but no different than similar tours in other ciries. There should be signs at the TV Tower for those who paid the extra fee to skip the line. We managed to skip the line to get the ticket but had to queue to get entrance to the lift. Also skipping the ticket queue was embarrassing as we had to push our way before others in the queue. There should be a seperate line for those who pay mere.

The TV tower entry was a bit confusing because we got in the VIP line, and then were told we had to go back downstairs and get tickets. Then when we returned we just joined the regular line with everyone else. We didn't wait that long because it had just opened so it was all good. The Hop-on, Hop-off tour was more a hassle than I would have expected. Long waits in the heat for the bus and the last bus of the day was too early considering the long hours of daylight in the summer.

This was our first trip to Berlin, and the HO-HO bus is the perfect way to see everything quickly to assess what we wanted to do more in depth. Even when we make our next trip, we plan to do this tour again!

Wonderful experience particularly if the weather is nice. Like to sit in the topless bus to enjoy the breeze and atmosphere of Berlin. Beautiful view from the TV tower although the windows need more cleaning and in-door lighting could be placed more smartly - quite chalenging to get good pictures.
