Didnt realise that i would have to wait for a bus ...nearly 45 mins when if i took the train i could have reached the hotel earlier ..but stll they were good

The lady who greeted me at the counter was pleasant and very helpful, giving me directions on where to catch the bus. Both drivers were chatty and extremely friendly and I would recommend this service for anyone needing to get around Brisbane City. I will use this service every time i need to come to Brisbane.

After a long international flight, I was disappointed to find that the desk for this shuttle had moved and when I found it was told the next shuttle would be in about 30 minutes. It was more like 40 minutes. While waiting at the designated stop, a shuttle arrived within the original 30 minutes, but it was an 'inbound' shuttle, merely dropping off. When our shuttle did finally arrive, the driver said it would be another 10 minutes and he went for a smoke. The return pickup from the hotel required we be ready 5 minutes before our designated pickup (we were there 15 minutes ahead). Again, when our shuttle should have arrived, we again were disappointed to find it was an 'inbound' - dropping off folks. When our shuttle had not arrived within 25 minutes of the scheduled pickup, we took a flat-rate car to the airport (40.00) instead. I had prepaid for roundtrip and based on this experience I will not do this again.

Your shuttle service was affordable and punctual. However, you need to tell customers that they're looking for a Coachtrans shuttle rather than a Viator shuttle that no-one has heard of. Secondly, the pick-up point in Brisbane was not from the back of the Treasury Casino in William St. It is in-front of the Treasury Hotel in William St which is about 70 m away. There was some confusion on both accounts which customers need to be aware of.

Vehicles were on time, but need to change buses for trip to airport was a nuisance. Taxi would have been much quicker, and not much more expensive for 2 people.

Very friendly drivers - but you need a sign at Brisbane Airport stating bus leaves from here. Was very confusing trying to find where the coach left from. Otherwise, very good - drivers on time etc.

Due to airport renovations at Brisbane airport the kiosk to check-in was not easy to find, and even when I found it the word VIATOR wasn't visible at all. On return trip the driver was very prompt and helpful.

This is a very cost-effective way to get from the airport to your Brisbane hotel. It is the second time I have used the service and this time was better than the first, with one way of our round trip being virtually our own private transfer.Our bags were lifted into the trailer by the driver and this made for a stress-free entry to Brisbane for my elderly parents. We greatly appreciated the service and would recommend it to others.

My experience was not a good one. On arriving at the airport I went to the ticket office and showed my ticket. It was approximately 1.50pm and was told that the next shuttle was at 2.20pm. There were a lot of people standing there and a bus was sitting in the bay with the driver in it. At 2.20pm he got out of the bus and started to take bags on board. We left at approximately 2.40pm. It was a slow trip and I arrived at my hotel well after 3pm. The trip back to the airport on the Sunday was much better. My friend had much the same experience and we both decided that we would catch the train in future!!

Very good service, on time and friendly. Only issue was that the paperwork given did not specify that I had to book in at the loyal provider's counter. I waited for some time at the customer service counter, as detailed, and had to ring the contact number eventually to find out. This wasn't noted anywhere on the booking confirmation. Other than that - great.

The directions to find the right place were not very accurate or easy to follow. My requests and special information were not passed on so therefore I ended up having to sit at the airport for 3 hours waiting. The member of staff at the desk inside the terminal was very unhelpful. However the people outside and both drivers were lovely. Not their fault messages were not passed on, but i definitely wouldn't use the service of that company again.

Shuttles leaves about every half hour from airport, so if possible check in at least a few minutes before the hour or half hour mark. In general a cheap option to get to where you need to go. Return shuttle pickup supposed to give enough time for return flight but ran late so it was a tight connection to get on plane - may want to request a slightly earlier pickup to be safe.

The prepaid trip gave us peace of mind that at the airport we would have someone to take us to our accommodation. We were able to sightsee on our way to Brisbane City, and the price was reasonable. The drivers were helpful and informative, and the service was good.

I was not warned I would have to wait for 45 minutes for my shuttle. Then the shuttle was 20 minutes late, so I wound up waiting over an hour with 2 children for our ride to the hotel. I should have just hopped in a cab.

The driver that picked us up on our forward trip had no personality and was rather short and abrupt. Several other travellers were not happy either. He did not have the personality to be in a service oriented job. The driver on the return trip was much better.

Finding where to take the coach from at the airport is a problem. There are no signs to direct us to where to "check in". We were told that you were the agent and therefore you should tell us exactly which counter to go to. The driver could provide a commentary ride for first timers to Brisbane. Otherwise it is great and on time.

The trip itself was ok, but I found the bus stops confusing and with 3 coaches in at the same time, it became very busy and a little chaotic. I had never been to Brisbane before, so had no idea where I was going, so did the Gold Coast bus go in my direction, I didn't know. Better information on the bus stop would help.

A long wait for a bus into town. The order said driver would be waiting. This did not happen. Had to find a centre to book a bus at an available time. Return transfer was as ordered. Came to hotel at stated time.

Shuttle transfer very prompt and efficient. Would like more detailed directions on where to find coach transfer office on arrival, as the office is actually outside the terminal. Small complaint, but perhaps could be mentioned on booking.
