Not very good._br/_ You don`t say that they only run every hour from the airport._br/_ There was no one there to direct us to the correct bus (there was 2 there at the time after we had waited over 1 hour) Then we had to change buses half way to our destination hotel. Would not use this service again. We took a taxi back to the airport when our trip was over.

Our plane was delayed by one hour due to traffic congestion at the airport. The shuttle bus was excellent as it was available for us as soon as our luggage was collected and delivered us to the door of our accommodation without a fuss.

We were left asking the question "Why it took 3 and 1/2 hours" to get from Brisbane domestic airport to our apartment in Surfers paradise, on a day when traffic was fairly smoothly flowing. We shared the trip with some people who have never visited the gold coast, who asked a resonable question of when we arrive only to be snapped at and told "you are at the gold cost, just not where your going". short and sharp almost to the point of being rude by your driver. Maybe your drivers need longer breaks away from the wheel so they don't get tensed about driving and dealing with passengers. Also a brief on the expected journey before we left Brisbane airport may have helped, When asked the driver snapped "I said it would be a long journey" not to me or my wife did he at anystage state that.

Very poor service. We were unable to find anyone at the pickup point stipulated and ended up walking the length of the concourse with heavy cases in an attempt to find help. Eventually guided to a kiosk outside the arrivals hall where we were informed that a bus ran on an hourly basis - and we'd missed the 5pm pickup!! Had to wait another hour!! Very poor service!

First up if you had a booking office in aussie and not overseas I would have had such a mix up with my return booking but thanks to the friendly girl on the desk at the airport she fixed it all up for me I was pointed in the right direction and on arrival of the bus I found the staff friendly and helpful here to A pleasant trip into the city and being dropped of at the front door made it so much more stress free for both myself and the wife Well done to all Thank You

I caught the shuttle bus that left Brisbane airport at 4pm on Saturday 24/12/11. I have no complaint about the actual trip but the driver was rude and unfriendly. He made me feel quite uncomfortable. When I arrived at the bus at the airport ( he was just about to leave) I said I was sorry for being late as the plane I arrived in at Brisbane airport was late and he rudely retorted "Not my problem lady, Get on the bus!"

I had to wait 50 minutes before the bus was ready to leave Brisbane Domestic Airport and then we had to go to International to pick up more people. It is cheap ($15), but it was a pain to wait for so long. Once it got going it was good and they did drop me off second (grand chancellor) which was good for me.

Actually now you ask, I was disappointed. Viator had been recommended to me. When I arrived at the airport I was looking for the shuttle bus, when I finally gave up and enquired it was a different bus altogether.... It was ok and I never would have complained but I would definitely give people more information.

My guest was very happy with the option of walking off a flight and onto a coach to be delivered directly to the hotel. The transfer was seamless. His only comment was that the coach driver was a little cranky and didn't bother to acknowledge the passengers he was driving in any way. Bit of a poor welcome to friendly Australia. It would have been nice to be greeted by a hello and a smile at the least! However, we'd use this service again. It works.

Easy and reliable service. The directions to the customer service desk should be reworded to point out that it is located outside terminal. Took me about 10 minutes to figure out the desk is outside not inside. The driver was friendly but a bit funny when he kept talking about how often the passengers failed to listen to him and get off at the their accommodation.

My wife and i used this shuttle service as you are dropped at the hotel door this is an excellent value for money service.The only error was the wrong date was on the computer bookings at the airport but our online booking done from our home and our printed off voucher showed the correct date.Just human error at the airport,when we arrived the lady there sorted it out straight away and printed off our boarding pass.Otherwise great service thanks,Gavin and Carol...would certainly use this service again.

My trip from Brisbane airport to Gold Coast hotel was great. It is much cheaper booking with viator. The trip was comfortable and bus pick up times and drop off are on time. I suggest a bigger bus should be used for long distance trips, such as from Brisbane to Gold Coast.

7 in our group and one travelling with a walking stick recovering from an operation. The lovely information desk staff were able to move our transfer to an earlier pickup time to accommodate our disabled person who was in discomfort so we only had a 2 minute wait. Pick up just outside the main airport doors so very accessible. Also one of our ladies left her scarf on the bus and the driver took the time to return it to our hotel later that day. "Fabulous service all round" thank you. :)

I arrived late due to fog. I searched for the Viator desk between the Qantas and Virgin luggage carousels as instructed, dragging my luggage, and found nothing. I went to the tourist information desk and they had no information on Viator, which worried me as the Viator heading was in large print on the ticket sheet. Eventually I discovered, at the bottom in small print, that the transfer was carried out by another bus company with a desk outside the terminal building. I waited 50 minutes for the bus, then was the last passenger to be dropped off. It took 1 hour 10 on the bus minutes for a 13 km trip. From the time I collected my bag to arriving at the motel it took almost 2 hours 25 minutes, which was longer than the journey to my departure airport and the flight itself.

Everything went well the only issue we had was that we could not find the customer service centre for Viator at Brisbane Airport as it was located outside of the domestic terminal and this was not written on the invoice. Otherwise the driver was pleasant and we arrived at our hotel within a half an hour from setting off.

I would have liked more explicit directions as to where to find the office. I was not informed that it was outside the terminal. I spent a long time walking up and down looking for the office and the sign Viator. Other wise satisfied. More explicit directions are needed by Senior people Thanks
