I booked a ticket at the Brisbane airport and had to wait until about 2.15pm for the driver to arrive for a 2pm departure. Then my name was not on the list when he had called everyone else! The trip itself was excellent, as the driver gave us all a running commentary as we entered the city, and this was most interesting._br/_ The return trip was prebooked, the coach arrived on time, and my friend and I had a very good run to the airport, arriving in plenty of time for our flight.

no apartment pickup had to wait on street bus stop. Brisbane reception girl at airport very hard bto understand and consequently a plane was missed.Drivers excellant.

Generally a very good trip, however we spent nearly 15 minutes waiting for guests at one inner city pickup where we also waited for another shuttle relaying a group of guests to our shuttle.

My trip from my Gold Coast hotel to Brisbane airport was good. It is much cheaper booking with viator. The trip was comfortable and bus pick up times and drop off are on time. I suggest a bigger bus should be used for long distance trips, such as from Brisbane to Gold Coast.

On ringing 0800 number to reconfirm booking was told wrong pickup time (9.15am and our flight was leaving at 0825am!). Then told pickup was next day - again incorrect so needed to ring back again to recheck details and again told wrong info!

When booking performed over the telephone, did not get a confirmation. When called, they took time to retrieve my details as was not given second confirmation number. I was not impressed as I have a plane to catch! But the bus finally arrived and driver was very friendly and helpful.

Has purchased one way service,but I didn't use the service booked as no longer required. However, The booking procedure was easy, the staff on the phone was very professional and quick. The the shuttle bus arrived on time.

The only problem I found was that I was offered a 9.20 am pick up for 12.25 pm flight. As I was concerned about possible traffic delays I requested an earlier pick up and accepted 8.40 am. However, pick up did not arrive until about 8.50 am and this was just a shuttle to Roma St station for actual transfer to airport expected at 9 am. In fact it arrived at nearly 9.10 am, (virtually time originally offered!). I wonder what time pick up would have been if I had accepted original 9.20 am time? I arrived in time for plenty of time to check in and to clear security, (which is what I prefer), but would suggest you insist on earlier pick up than first offered. On the plus side the drivers were very good and helpful.

The instructions on the pick up point was very miss leading we were waiting where the intruction told us and after missing the 18.30 transfer walked aroung the Brisbane terminal and 'by accident' found the customer service both. we were told that there was never going to be a 18.30 bus and that we had to wait another 1hr. Very disappointed in the viator organisation

I felt that the shuttle should have either come earlier or with less passengers. Some were very angry with the late arrival at the airport. One lady abused the driver and I believe it was not his fault but the fault of the pickup time. I was a little concerned but as there were not many people waiting to book in it was just in time. The booking clerk should have allowed more time for the picking up process.
