When a tour is advertised as a 2.5 hour tour and it lasts less than 2 hours and does not cover all the sights that are promised I think that I have reasons to feel slighted. It appeared that they were more interested in finishing the tour quickly because with only 4 adults and 2 children on the tour there would not be much gratuity to be had. We were not too pleased with the experience.

Our guide was one of the best guides we have ever had and imparted many fascinating facts throughout the tour. He was guiding in 4 languages and as the recorded guide played through earphones wasn't working he gave a live commentary. His enthusiasm for guiding and his love of Brussels shone through and was interjected with a sense of humour at times. Well worth the money.

This tour involved a 30 minute walk of the old town and then 24 hours on the hop on hop off bus. Maybe it's because I did the tour in the winter, but to me it wasn't worth it.

Nice, most of the tour is from the bus only. A very good start for tourists that plan to stay a few days in Brussels, they can just follow the route a day after, as the route itself is a very good overview of what Brussels has to offer. Would recommend!

This was an interesting tour that took in a variety of interesting places in Brussels. It allowed us then to choose which bits to see in our limited time.

boring, dont waste your time or money. The chocolate demonstration what a waste of time!!! they don't even give you a taster. You come out to the shop and the lady gives you one taster, if your going to spend €20 euros on chocolate you want a few tasters, such rude staff. The tour was also rusbbish, boring, we went on friday 28th oct at 2pm.

The chocolate tour was fun and delicious. The city of brussels had many interesting buildings and buildings and sites and the tour pointed out most of them. Our tour guide was also great!! He even pointed us in the right direction for an excellent dinner!! I highly recommend this tour.

The quality of this trip is high, the guide is knowledgeable and friendly and the coach is comfortable and air conditioned, you will get to see most of the main sights and hear an interesting commentary. I found the chocolate presentation a bit boring but other sights such as the anatomium were spectacular. This is a really good way to see the city. There isn't a lot to see in Brussels so this is a great way to condense it all into an afternoon. Good value for money.

I was expecting much more out of the "chocolate" extension we opted for. We found that the demonstration we were given is offered for free to anyone who comes into the shop, so I'm not sure why anyone would want to pay extra for such an inclusion.

Brussels is beautiful and I think that a tour of the city is worth doing, but this one was not so satisfying. First of all, I seriously doubt about the competence of the guide: he mastered different languages, but it seemed he did not know much about the monuments, the museums, and all the other things around the city he was showing to us. Secondly, I hoped the walking tour in the city centre would have been longer and more detailed (for example we were not brought to see "Manneke Pis"). Instead much of the tour was on bus. Thirdly, the part of the tour that we did on the bus was not explained by the guide himself: instead we were given the earphones and listened to an audio guide. Lastly, the tour began almost 15 minutes late, because of the delay of the car that had to pick up the people from the hotels. Well, the tour was not that bad, but I expected more for 24 €.

Our Half-Day City Tour of Brussels was delightful--great deal for the price. Our tour guide, Bruno, was very knowledgeable and made our tour fun, as well as interesting. The chocolate demo was a nice touch, too, as I understand it is not easy to obtain group entry into such establishments these days.

The chocolate tour was fantastic! I learned a lot about making chocolates. The bus tour was okay. We only got out for couple of times with 5-10min, and staying on the bus, I couldn't catch many "shots" with my camera. I would take more extensive tour next time. It was too short, and seemed like we were running in circles. The tour picked me up at the hotel, but didn't drop me off. It makes sense that it was faster to walk back than get on the bus in the traffic, but they should say that in the beginning. Luckily, the drop off is in the busy plaza, and you have plenty to do. I wish they took us where the "peeing boy" was if it was so close.

The tour guide was interesting and the bus tri was good to see some of the sights, unfortunately could not see all becuase it was on the other side window. The chocolate tour part was not worth it, I expected to see a working kitchen or at least a demostration, not a generic talk about chocolate, and powerpoints.

It was interesting to hear about the history of the city by walking and bus. Our guide was kind of rushed, you could tell he wanted to get on to something else. When I asked questions he kind of blew me off like listen to the tape. There is some tape you listen to and also speaking. The chocolate demonstration was lame, I was expecting a factory tour or taksing and they show you how to make chocolate squares and shapes and at what temp to cool chocolate too. It was wierd they really should call it How to Make you own homemade chocolate. When we asked for facts like how much chocolate does belguim export or how much does the average chocolate cost the guy had no clue. This tour was average.

I dont think there was really enough information given out. It was just a basic overview really, of the walkable areas in the city centre. But I guess to get out around the city it was a fair overview of what brussels has to offer. Brussells is a pretty city to visit

An interesting half-day tour of Brussels, with a knowledgeable tour guide. In the group were tourists who spoke different languages, so he had to translate everything - a bit annoying, but you get used to it. The Grand Place was fabulous - very eye-catching architecture. The atomium structure was a sight to behold. Downtown Brussels has some pretty steel and glass buildings that I particularly liked. The only real draw back to the trip was that there aren't that many tourist attractions in Brussels to speak of. It is probably best used as a base from which to explore other regions in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg.

Horrible experience. We were put in the group_br/_ with several other people from Spain, so 90% of the tour was conducted in Spanish. When the guide decided to say something in English, he said just one or two sentences such as ...here you can see the palace... and we moved on. I will ask for my money back. Didn.t learn a thing, and this tour was complete waste of my time.

Good Overview of Brussels, the Atom is amazing, wouldn't have gone their otherwise. We did the chocolate tour too and that was very fun. Tour guide was a little monotone and we were tired so those two things didn't work too well.

Chocolate presentation was interesting, but the chocolates offered for sale were VERY expensive. Tour of city: would have preferred more of the walking tour--it was short but that could have been due to the starting rain; not sure. Only other complaint: would have been nice to have time at the Atomium; we only viewed it from the distance. Hotel pickup and drop-off was very appreciated. All in all a recommended tour.
