This is a private transfer which are available for groups of:

• 1 to 2 people in a private car
• 3 to 8 people in a private minivan

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Budapest City hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Driver right on time; however, the autorities will not permit driver to come to the airport therfore liggage must be carried to a lower level by the passanger.

I have booked 7 different airport & train stations transfers to & from my hotels in 4 European capitols. In addition, also booked an evening dinner & concert in Vienna. As a former tour operator myself for 38 years all I can say is: "Thank You VIATOR for a job well done!". I did not have to wait or look for any of the drivers in the various airports, stations or hotels. Our experience was 95% positive. The process was simple and easy to confirm before meeting the driver. To our relief the driver was there holding a placard with our name on it. He was very polite, and patient while we changed money and had a large enough vehicle to hold our luggage. He knew where he was going and took us to our hotel in a timely manner. Our only disappointment was that he was not an English speaker and we could communicate except very superficially. We had been told we would have an English speaking driver.

The airport private-arrival transfer worked out well, even though our flight was very delayed. The driver was right outside the door! He was not bothered by our late arrival and very cordial. He spoke English very well and conversed with us most of the way to the hotel.

After a long trip from the west coast of the USA, it was good to see someone holding a sign with my name on it. The only problem I had with the reservation was the incorrect international access number for confirming the reservation. The access number provided with the reservation was 00. This is the international number for European countries. The correct US access code is 011.

The private transfer from Budapest Airport to our hotel was carried out in very efficient manner. The driver was professional and courteous. One of our party discovered their travel documents were missing after arriving at our hotel. These were later found and returned to our hotel by the company.
