Travel from your Budapest City hotel to Budapest International Airport. Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This is a private transfer which is available for groups of:

• 1 to 2 people in a private car
• 3 to 8 people in a private minivan

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Budapest City hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 72 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places.

On time and comfortable transport._br/_ The only drawback is having to contact the agent to arrange the pick up time,thankfully the concierge did this for us at the hotel and spoke in German?

I have booked 7 different airport & train stations transfers to & from my hotels in 4 European capitols. In addition, also booked an evening dinner & concert in Vienna. As a former tour operator myself for 38 years all I can say is: "Thank You VIATOR for a job well done!". I did not have to wait or look for any of the drivers in the various airports, stations or hotels. The departure time was 4:30 am and the driver showed up at exactly 4:25 am. He was very polite, spoke English, and pointed out several landmarks on the way to the airport. Viator was a little more expensive than the local taxis but I wanted to ensure I had a transportation reservation and Viator was my choice. I'm happy that I made the reservation.

Very nice guy, told us about what we were seeing and got us to the airport on time. Car was clean and neat. Had just a little trouble with english but we could understand him.

Ignore the 3 stars, only because we had to call to get our cab back after it was canceled without telling me. They canceled our cab without telling us due to the flight disruption. They told the hotel, who told us when we checked out; they had my mobile number so why not call to let me know? I still wanted to go to the airport to see what options were available. Ended up getting a coach from the airport and was home only 27 hours later than if I flew. Paid off going to the airport but had to call and beg them to send a cab as I still wanted to go the airport and didn't want to chase refunds from the cab firm, Viator as well as the airline. Would probably give this a 5 star if flights were okay, cab turned up and service was as good as the private arrival taxi was.
