Like always (I previously booked arrival transfers with Viator in Vilnius, Lithuania and Istanbul, Turkey) everything was very well organized. My plane arrived one and a half hour too late in Budapest, and my luggage was missing which added another 45 minutes of delay), but the driver was still out there waiting for me. I well recommend Viator to anyone!!!

Was not to impressed as when me and my partner arrived at Budapest airport there was nobody waiting for us! This left us in a bit of a panic and after eventually getting through to the company they agreed to send us a taxi to pick us up. I would urge people to ring them up and confirm nearer the date of pickup.

This was our first trip to Hungary and to Budapest. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. Had we arrived earlier in the day we would have taken our trip around the city sooner so as to orientate ourselves better. It was good to have the driver to meet us especially as we were delayed leaving Heathrow. A phone call meant our driver was able to meet us at the changed time and that was later than expected so he did very well indeed.
