I waited in the lobby of my hotel and the driver arrived early and came into the hotel to find me. Transfer to the required terminal was very efficient and for the price was well worth it. I would definitely use this service again if I go back to Budapest!

really great service. I booked a shared taxi to the airport but actually had the car to myself. The driver called the hotel to say he was going to be a little late which was also really good. Would rec this to others. And it was far cheaper than a street taxi to the airport.

Transport service arrived on good time, but I repeatedly asked for an accessible vehicle for use by a wheelchair user. I got a very high MPV on both occasions, meaning that my requests were actually ignored.

According to our reservation we were due to be collected at 5pm, so when no one had arrived at 5.15pm, I called the company. They said that I was supposed to be picked up at 5.30 for a 7.30pm flight!! But the driver was waiting in the car park and could pull up to the front door immediately, which he did. Luckily there was no traffic and we were in plenty of time for our flight.

We had a great time and on the morning of departure our transfer driver turned up well on time, indeed he even agreed to wait while we had some breakfast! Not knowing if we would get to the airport on time meant some anxious moments when we spotted all the morning commuter traffic but we needn't have worried as our driver obviously knew his way around the streets and roads of Budapest. We arrived in plenty of time - indeed we ended up waiting around for an additional 4 hours due to a late departure of our flight but that was not our transfer company's fault.
