The Parliament building was built between 1885 and 1902, and was for a time the largest parliamentary building in the world. With 691 rooms and staircases stretching for more than 12 miles (20 kilometers), the building is topped by an elegant dome soaring 226 feet (69 meters) into the sky.

After your visit to one of Budapest's finest architectural achievements, sit back and relax on your city tour. You'll cross the Danube via Margaret Bridge and take a drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side of the city. Here you will take a walk along the Fishermen's Bastion and step inside Matthias Church.

After a photo stop at the Citadel, you'll cross Elizabeth Bridge and drive by City Park to take a walk at Heroes' Square. Passing by the Opera and St. Stephen's Basilica, the tour concludes at the Hotel Intercontinental.

Tour was multi-lingual which took a little longer to communicate important landmarks as they appeared on the tour. The Parliament was great as was the view from the Citadella. However, the tour was in a coach, which made viewing and picture taking difficult. A "Hop-on / Hop-off" style open bus would have been better for us.

The taxi came on time to take me to the meeting point.The tour was nice ,We saved a lot of time in getting into the parliament house VIP.Our guide were only Ok , she were not enough informative . We could have gotten much more from the tour if our guide were more informative ..

The Parliament part was very good - a lot of knowledge received during this time. But the sightseeing (which is the second part of the program) was lime; each stop I only had 10 Min to walk around. That did not make much sense for me.

A very knowledgable guide took us around the Parliament building, this was the highlight of the tour. The sightseeing tour was invaluable to get our bearings. Although the remainder of the sightseeing was a bit rushed it provided good start to then explore Budapest alone.

Probably the most imprive building that is stilol being used today. The ninety six steps up to the main floor make th9is a hardship for travellers with disability, inasmuch as they will not permit you to use thge elevator up, but will permit usage down. Worth the time and money.

A worthwhile trip if you don't have much time on hand. Saw a lot of Budapest and the guide was excellent. Our trip was split in two days as the parliament was closed on the Sunday. Make sure when you book that it's a normal working day. Would've loved to see more of the parliament, as you only get to view one wing.

This tour was excellent and I would highly recommend it. I was not expecting anything so grand as their Parliament building. They certainly take a lot of pride in their country. Our guide was excellent. The tour made three other stops in addition to the Parliament building. If you are going in the winter, I suggest you take this tour in the morning. We took this tour in the afternoon and it was dark for the last hour of the tour - not their fault, just pointing that out.

The city tour guide was very entertaining and provided good info on the current state of affairs in the country. The guide for the Parliament House was good, but lenghty at times. The tour itself was elaborate and covered all the sights nicely. We got to get down in several places to walk around, unlikely several other city sightseeing tours where you are locked up inside the bus. We didn't feel the need to go back and revisit those on foot again as the tour itself was quite comprehensive.

Overall I was very happy with the tour - I only had 1 night and 1 day in Budapest and this gave me an opportunity to see a lot of the main sights. The day I went was boiling hot 41 Celsius - which made parts of the tour slightly unpleasant - but the bus was airconditioned.

This is a very interesting tour and well worth it as it shows you around the main tourist sights of budapest and importantly involves a few short stops to take a few photoshave a coffee. The tour guide gives a good commenetery on the history of the city and the parliament house tour is prebooked by the operator so no long delays waiting to purchase tickets to the parliament. Overall well worth it to do this tour as soon as possible when you arrive as it gives you a good knowledge of the main highlights and where to go in the city. The operators are very helpful and I would recommend these guys.

Our short stay in Budapest was made by this tour, and the guide knew her subjects and made the tour so interesting. We were on a tight time schedule and only had 30 minutes to spare between the end of the tour and catching our transport back to the airport, and she made sure we were on time.
