Operated with regular transfers from Cairns Airport to most Cairns city hotels, Northern Beaches hotels, Port Douglas hotels and Silky Oaks Lodge.

Transfer from Cairns Domestic or International Airport to your chosen Tropical North Queensland Hotel in Cairns, Port Douglas, Northern Beaches or Silky Oaks Lodge. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your full hotel name and address details. Once your transfer is confirmed you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

• To Cairns City hotels
• To Cairns South hotels including All Season Cairns Gateway, Trinity Links Woree,  Cairns Reef Apartments and Motel, Cairns Tropical Gardens Motel, Cairns Villa and Cairns Sunland Leisure Park and Palm Royale Cairns, and other properties south of the railway tracks in the direction of Mulgrave Road.
• To Port Douglas hotels
• To Northern Beaches hotels (Trinity Beach, Palm Cove and Ellis Beach)
• To Silky Oaks Lodge (Mossman) - Transfers only available between 8am and 5pm.

Note: Transfers are not available to Cape Tribulation and Mission Beach

A very nice comfortable ride. Don't understand why we couldn't schedule a round trip transfer. We ended up paying more by scheduling the trip back to the airport directly through the company.

The trip was fine, no complaints. My only suggestion is that you put the actual name of the bus company on the ticket, no one had heard of Viator at Cairns airport, we only found the driver because someone recognised the picture of the bus on the ticket.. Also I am bemused that even though I booked and paid for the ticket in my name (I am a woman) they put the ticket in my husband's name as the "lead traveller".

Some confusion at the start...could not find the company, had to ask at airport tour desk where the bus driver was. When I found " the guy in the Green shirt" way over the other side, I had to wait for another guy wearing a green shirt who had my booking.... it was a 5 minute wait standing near a small sign located against the toilet entry walls! They should be closer to the baggage carousel with a bigger sign to help locate them quickly.

Not at the airport to meet us. Had to wait at least 15 minutes for driver to turn up. He did not know where our accommodation was. Dropped us at one place and we had to go across the road with our luggage. We would have been better getting a taxi

The driver was very accommodating and polite and would probably have been even more so had he been given the correct booking information. We were halfway to Port Douglas before we queried the distance from Cairns Airport to the Aquarius Apartments Cairns. For some reason or other the driver had instructions to take us to the Aqueous Port Douglas! We really did not need this extra travelling time having already taken 12 hours to arrive at Cairns.
