After emailing my booking and advising the address of the NOMAD hostel to be picked up from (and waiting by the reception 15 minutes prior to my booking time scheduled), my bus still turned up 45 minutes late, after attempting to find me at the other NOMAD hostel in town._br/_ Got to the airport 30minutes before my flight took off luckily.

Bus driver very friendly, the pickup time was a bit vague and needed a phone call to confirm time, which I would have been half hour late if I had just followed the document. but Viator were helpful on the call, may a text before confirming time or a specific time on the return document

The driver picked us up at the hotel in Trinity Beach and we arrived at the airport in a very timely manner. I had overlooked this initially and was worried about transportation to and from our Trinity Beach hotel. I would recommend this inexpensive and hassle free form of transportation to others. .

Meetup point at the airport is right next to baggage claim. Since I don't have luggage, it took me a while to locate the contact but overall present and the wait time is minimal.

The pick up and trip was fine, but when we arrived at the airport and went to collect our bags from where the bus driver had unloaded everyone's bags, two of our bags weren't there. The driver was not helpful at all and did not try to offer suggestions or try to help us. Little did we know that he unloaded all bags on one side of the bus, but 2 of our bags on the other side. We were freaking out trying to work out where they were, had they been put on the bus, were they left at hotel, how could we get back to hotel to get them. The bus driver just wiped his hands of the situation and got back onto the bus, didn't tell us there were bags over the other side of the bus. Not happy at all.

The van we where picked up in was like a breath of fresh air, it was new, and looked like it had been just cleaned out, it smelt lovely and had full working air-conditioning. I had told the operator on confirming our trip back to the airport about our bad trip in and felt this had been rectified. The drive was very comfortable and I thanked the driver for a good easy drive to the airport.

Had been to Port Douglas for our son's wedding, and used this service to return to International Airport for our flight back to New Zealand - disappointed that driver delivered us to the Domestic Terminal - didn't even ask passengers if they were wanting the International Terminal. As we had no familiarity with the airport, didn't realise that we were in the WRONG place, even though we had given our Air New Zealand flight details when making our booking. 10 minutes later we had quite a long walk between terminals in the tropic heat lugging our luggage - not the way we wanted to end our "Aussie holiday". Bus driver needs far better 'passenger information' skills. Also, it's much cheaper to hire a car for a whole day, than use this 'service' for an hour - won't use this service again.

Once again the coach arrived on time to pick us up from our hotel and although more passengers were picked up along the way we were at the airport in plenty of time to book in for our flight . Both driverd we had were courteous and friendly .
