This was the Trip of a Lifetime. I have wanted to visit Egypt for as long as I can remember. I chose Cairo for my Birthday Trip this year and I was absolutely blown away. We were treated with First Class Service all the way. Since the Revolution last year, Tourism is way down because people seem to be frightened to visit Egypt, but don't be. I never felt unsafe. My Husband and I saw the Pyramids and went to Memphis. We didn't have time to visit Luxor or Alexandria, but we plan on making many more trips. I Highly recommend South Sinai Travel for anyone making plans to visit Cairo.

Absolutely highly recommend this. We were picked up directly from our hotel and taken directly to the airport via a comfortable and clean van. Our guide escorted us within the airport and even helped us check in. I also recommend the airport departure transfer.

Had to arrange everything one day in advance myself through South Sinai Travel (Viator's affiliate in Egypt), but once that was accomplished, I received excellent service and the driver and guides were extremely accommodating. I was only left wondering whether things would have been cheaper if I'd booked with South Sinai directly, but I'll know that for next time.

We were so impressed that our contact Memdough from South Sinai Travels was waiting for us at the gate. He helped us through immigration and looked after all our needs. We were very nervous about the political situation in Egypt, but he reassured us and we felt completely safe when he was with us. We had orderd this service via Internet from Holland. Once in Egypte we had to alter the flight and called that we will be on the next flight. When we arrived in Cairo and entered the building George already came towards us holding a board with our name. He helped us with the luggage and brought us to a ac bus whith an Egyptian driver. George spoke English very wel, he explaind the one and other thing but didn't stay on talking all the time bringing us from the airport to our hotel next to the pyramids. It was a very pleasant experience that we could arrange all this already from home. And it worked. Absolutly worth it's price.

My guide was on time and was already awaiting when I got to the reception lounge. He checked I had all my tickets, my passport and luggage and waited patiently while I ran back to get possesions I had forgotten. He spoke the language to workers at the airport ensuring I got on my plane safely. This exceeded all my expectations and I'm glad I booked this service.

Following the recent turmoil, everyone was surprised that we decided to visit Cairo, and personally we were also concerned. However, we were relieved when we saw a well-dressed, polite man waiting for us with a sign with our name. Nour advised us to follow him through all required stops at the airport, ensuring fast and smooth arrival to Cairo. Nour and our driver, Suleiman expertly led us to our hotel through unbelievable traffic of Cairo. On the way, we were informed about our day's activities, then we were escorted inside our hotel and left in safe hands. While we were pleased with this service, we wish Nour had spent some time introducing us to Cairo instead of carrying on conversation in Egyptian with the driver.

we booked through Viator and South Sanai Travel met us at the airport and transported us in comfort to our hotel. For all my tours in Cairo through Viator, we had a new van with A/C, a driver, a tour manager and a professional tour guide- as it turned out, all for jsut the two of us. this is the only way to go as, with the exception of the tourist areas which are really clean and safe, Cairo still has not been cleaned up since Cleopatra met Caesar. but you need to get to each one of them and the Viator tour guides really were excellent. be sure to book each way; you will appreciate it. they were on time for each tour and were nice people.

Pick up a little bit late (5 minutes) as they went to wrong terminal. Not surprising as Cairo airport are revamping terminals at present. Pleasant and safe drive to hotel. Both guys very friendly._br/_ Would definitely recommend this as getting a taxi at Cairo airport is quite stressful.

I was met and greeted courteously at the airport. The guide asked me if I did not want any other tours, and I told him I had 2 booked and a departure. Apparently there was no record of this, but it got sorted out by the morning. If you are a single traveller, you will have to pay for 2, a policy which I find upsetting.

Excellent service. Viator representative George was waiting for us in the international arrivals area (our plane was late but he was there as promised), and he took us immediately to a waiting van and driver (Michel). Even in traffic that seemed impenetrable to a first-time visitor to Cairo, our driver found ways to avoid an enormous traffic problem and got us to our hotel in good time (we were happy to be the only passengers in the van, with the luxury of both a guide and a driver.) George answered all our questions quickly and concisely, made arrangements for picking us up at the hotel 9 days later for our departure to Paris (at the very early hour of 4:30 a.m.) and made sure that we were within a few minutes of our hotel before being let off at his own home (we must have been his last job of a long day for it was after 9:00 p.m.). Eveything proceeded as it had been planned in previous online reservations. Excellent service.

Excellent. Man was waiting for us when we cleared passport controlled with aname board. He helped us collect the luggage. Minivan and driver waiting outside and we were taken swiftly to our hotel. The guide told us a little about Cairo during the journey. He also took us into the hotel and made sure we were checked in OK before he left. Seems efficient and not expensive, We had a similar experience with Viatours transfer from Singapore Airport earlier in the year, so would use them again.

Having used the transfer at Cairo airport 4 times I was dissapointed this time, to find that there was no one at Terminal 1 to collect me, and take me to the Sofitel El Gezireh. After a lot of expensive mobile phone calls and 50 mins later I was finally transferred to Zamalek. In fairness, all other transfers in the past were carried out by the supplier quickly and efficiently.
