Picked up early from hotel which was great. However, we experienced very heavy traffic so we were close to missing our flight. Not the fault of driver but probably the person who arranged departure time.

Absolutely highly recommend this. We were picked up from our hotel and taken directly to the airport via a comfortable and clean van. Our guide escorted us within the airport and even helped us check in. I also recommend the airport arrival transfer.

Had to arrange everything one day in advance myself through South Sinai Travel (Viator's affiliate in Egypt), but once that was accomplished, I received excellent service and the driver and guides were extremely accommodating. I was only left wondering whether things would have been cheaper if I'd booked with South Sinai directly, but I'll know that for next time.

I was really impressed by this service. My guide was awaiting as soon as I got off the plane - he showed me how to get my visa and explained everything I needed to do. The van was air-conditioned and took me right to the gates of my hotel... they explained everything in advance about my pick up for the end of the week and gave me a mobile to call if I had any problems

Upon departure, again, Nour picked us up from the hotel on time. The timing of pick-up was arranged to avoid very heavy traffic of Cairo. At the airport, Nour led us through all departure procedures up to the gate. We were amazed to notice how many locals knew him, and were impressed.

Well worth the money given the chatic way most people drive there. The rep met us in the airport on arrival and escorted us in the vehicle which was a great service , the professialism of the driver proved to be a blessing given the way most of the populace seemed to drive. I would recommend this option very highly.

Our driver was on time, friendly and courteous. His English was more than adequate. He took care with us, pointed out the sights enroute to mid-Cairo. He left us his phone number in the event we needed anything in Cairo. _br/_ More importantly, when he was scheduled for the return trip, in the midst of a revolution in Cairo, he showed up on time, had placed several phone calls to us to confirm (though we were unable to reply because of the confusion in Cairo). I was quite pleasantly surprised. A very positive experience.

Got us to the airport and through security etc. no problem. Not sure if I would use again as taxis are easy to get from the hotel (and they will organise). Really well organised - they didn't want a tip either which was odd!

This went absolutely smoothly. The firm, South Sinai travel, advised on a suitable collection time, to avoid the 'overbooking' problem and traffic problems. The guide, Remon, finally negotiated some ridiculous problem that was preventing us getting through security to the check-in, because we didn't have a ticket. It was booked electronically - Duh! Great service, and thoroughly recommended.

Cairo departure proceeded as smoothly as arrival had been: George was waiting in the Safir Hotel lobby at 4:30 a.m. precisely as he had said he would be, accompanied by a helpful driver. Although George did not accompany us to the airport, he made sure that we and our luggage were properly stowed in the van and waved us goodby from the curb. My only complaint has more to do with myself than with George: I was not able to contact him when we returned to Cairo (I wanted to reconfirm our departure plans) because I had misunderstodd his instructions for calling his cell phone. All in all, a good experience, and excellent service from your company.

Ushered us to checkin desk, had seating changed when it was discovered we were not sitting together, handled departure stamping and taken to private immigration desk to have passports stamped instead of having to queue with everyone else - hassle free.

Guide and driver came to Hotel right on time and as well as taking us to the airport the guide took us through into the airport to ensure we got to the right booking desk and travellers permit process explained. Driving in Cairo is an adventure! Our Viator representative met us in the hotel and provided a clean and comfortable private car and driver. We had to take some backroads because of the bumper to bumper traffic, but our Viator representative, car and driver knew the quickest way to the international airport.
