Although this is not a private transfer service, each vehicle only transfers from one hotel to the airport. This is NOT a shuttle service transferring from numerous hotels.

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Cape Town Hotel details. 24-48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places.

My only complaint with this service is that we had to call the day before to find out our pick-up time. It would be nice to know this information before the trip given that our flight time was not going to change to save us the worry of finding a phone booth and expense of calling. Otherwise the driver arrived promptly in a nice vehicle, gave us some baggage advice and ensured we had enough time to check-in at the airport.

Had a problem with the time of collection as there was some confusion on the 24 hour clock! But the local operator did what they could to make amends and correct their error, and all was well in the end. Again a courteous driver with lots of information and good condition of vehicle. Would definitely recommend this.
