Pic up at ohare airport was not good, I waited at the correct spot for almost 1 hour before I got picked up. The Airport Express shuttle passed by frequently and none stopped, When I finally got picked up I had to get off the bus and go inside a different terminal to change my tour paperwork for my roundtrip tickets, wasteing more time, The desk at the terminal was manned but the person said he was closed and could not do the exchange??? Made no sense. The druver going and returning niether were freindly nor very intereted in doing a good job. With that said, the shuttle works ok, it does get you to your hotel The return trip was on time and much more efficent. I would use this service again and would recommend it, just don't be in a hurry when you arrive at the airport.

have used this method of transport on several occasions and found the service to be very reliable. it was easy to find at the airport. the bus was about 30 minutes late on the return pick up from the hotel but you have to give them time to get through the busy traffic. have highly recommended this service to others

The cost was way too expensive. I probably could have even got a taxi ride for the 3 of us for less money!! Lesson learned.

The service provided by the airport express was very poor. I had to explain my reservation to the receptionist who was less than enthusiastic to help coordinate our transportation. Recognizing that the shuttle comes every 15 minutes, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the driver to try and find out the directions to our destination. The driver although very friendly did not know his way to the hotel since he drives the main city versus suburb route. He did get us to the hotel but had to pay road tolls whcih he did not appear to be expecting. Upon return home, for a flight at 7pm, I tried to book the shuttle for 4pm, and was advised in a somewhat exasperated tone by the recptionist that she could offer me 1230 or 1pm I reiterated, my flight was at 7pm and could I have a 4pm shuttle she conceded but advised that the recommended time would be 3pm I readjusted by schedule to accomodate this we then waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle that arrived at 345pm with a very harried looking driver, who exceeded the speed limit, cutting off at least 5 cars on route

Hard to find the correct place at the airport to catch the shuttle, walked for miles! It would have been helpful if your paperwork had mentioned what the service was called. Once on the shuttle it took forever to leave without any explanation from the driver who just disappeared. Return trip from hotel was fine. I think a taxi would have been a better option overall. However the hop on-hop off was excellent, great commentary and beautiful weather. We loved Chicago. Next stop NY!

This was the most convenient way to get from the airport to downtown and the most reasonably priced as well. It was a very easy process, both at the hotel and at the airport. The only confusing part was having to present the voucher at the counter rather than to the driver. I would absolutely do this again if traveling to Chicago.
