This was excellant. We used it to the full extend. It really gave us a appreciation of this wonderful city. Well worth the money. Do it on your first day in Chicago as it help with our tour .

This was not one of the best hop-on's that we have been on. It was raining and it was extremely stuffy inside the trolley, the heating was on and there was no fresh air so you couldn't see much through the windows. Every time the door opened for new passengers we gasped for air and prayed that it would be kept open for a few minutes! We had to stand in the isle for most of the time, all the seats were taken and the trolleys are not that big. On one of the trolleys we had an elder gentleman as tourguide/driver and that was so frustrating. We were 4 adults and 4 teenagers and everyone was bored. He was very polite and kind though. On another trolley we had a young chap as the guide (he was not driving) and he was a lot of fun and interacted with all the passengers! We enjoyed that so much and would have done the whole route again with him if we had enough time.
