We were a group of 14 who went to Cologne primarily for the xmas markets but the highlight of the long weekend proved to be the evening dinner cruise. Real value for money, the food, service and entertainment were all outstanding.

Wish we hadn't pre booked just turned up on the night pre booked food was terrible 2 pieces of tough pork 10 sprouts 6 new potatoes it was cold and tastless view wise not much to see

To be honest, we expected a little bit more for the money we have paid. It was nice going there but nothing we would do again or tell people they should do. The ship was nice and decorated but in order to get a little christmas atmosphere the live band should have plaid christmas songs and not german songs from the 70s. We also had a birthday party and a bachelorette party on the ship while we where there which really kept the noise. Our waitress was anything else but friendly. She was annoyed, stressed and gave me the feeling that she didnt like her job at all. The food could have been a lot better. We were the only ones on the ship that ordered the menue with their tickets. First it took quite a while to get the food, second it was pre-cooked and just heated up and third it wasnt really hot. It was nice seeing cologne but the money we spent on the trip is in no relation to the service and food we got.thank you
