Our flight arrived 1hour late and it took us quite a while to clear passport control but our driver was there as promised. Transport to the hotel was trouble free in clean modern vehicle for 6 people.

We arrived in Dubai at 1:45am and expected to be whisked away immediately since I hired a private driver. he made us wait 15 minutes before we could leave and we had to walk all the way to the parking garage when all other people grabbed cabs right outside the terminal, so I would never use this service again. We were tired and just wanted to get to the Atlantis and get to bed while some people we met on the plane going the same place got there 30 minutes earlier and got to bed. Don't use...

A worthwhile expense for peace of mind when arriving in a country we were not familiar with. The representative was polite and helpful. Our driver was courteous and helped us with our two heavy suitcases without hesitation . The car we travelled in was spacious, comfortable and most importantly, the air conditioner worked!!

Had to ask Information Desk for the location of the driver as he wasn't clearly visible with the sign.We had a private transfer, waited approx 15-20 mins to leave the airport. All in all, pretty good service.

After a 14 hour flight arriving in Dubai at midnight, it was nice to be met by a friendly face and assisted all the way to our hotel lobby. I'm glad I chose this option, even though a private cab may have been slightly cheaper overall, depending on the position of hotel, which in our case was quite distant from the airport.

I was unable to find the company representative at the airport although the company did ring next morning to see why I had not been picked up. I did see my name loud and clear on a sign from the Xclusive hotel apartments driver who had come to pick me up as a free service and went with him-a much more obvious sign especially at 1am!!

The driver was so nice but we wait the car so long in the airport, more than 20 minute.The only reason that I booked a private car is becouse I don't want louse time with my children late in the night at the Terminal,and I am really disappointed about it.We spend lot more money than a taxi and we don't have what we aspected.Sorry,I didn't book again

The representative was waiting for us when we came through Departures. He took my wife's case and took us to the meeting point. He gave us a small pack confirming our return transfer and map of Dubai, etc, which was good. We did have to wait a few minutes for the car, but this was not a problem, and the driver was quite chatty, which was good.
