The driver for the reurn to airport trip was at the hotel on time and well presented, ensured that we had all luggage and any items perhaps left in the safe, drove very safely to the correct departure hall, and assisted with baggage on trolleys, and wished us a good flight. Very happy with the service and vehicle clean condition, which added to our holiday experience.

Met at the airport by a representative and taken outside. Waited maybe 10-15 minutes for the car to arrive, had a very nice car to ourselves and a running commentary all the way to the hotel by the driver, more like a tour guide. Not sure if we were quite ready to take it all in after a long flight. All in all a good service.

We booked the private transfer due to the timings of our flight, we had to leave at 5am from the cruise port and we weren't sure the situation with ordering a taxi. As it goes there were always numerous taxi's on the port side. They did start the meter at 20DHR, where as the normal city taxi's started at 3DHR, but I suppose you are a captive audience for them._br/_ The price using a taxi would of worked out quite a bit cheaper than using this private hire, but as I said we wanted piece of mind on our pick-up._br/_ We were 15 mins early outside the ship and the car was already there. The driver was polite, spoke very good English and after providing the voucher, we were off. The car was in excellent condition, and very comfortable and as the only people in that particular transfer (there was a second party in a larger people mover type car) we had plenty of room._br/_ I have used a number of airport transfers through Viator and never been let down or disappointed with the service provided and I will continue to use them in the future after my last experience.

The service that we experienced was first class the drivers were very helpful and obliging. The tour leader also was very pleasant and accommodating on the half day tour. I found that the tour packed in a lot of interesting sights and places of interest, it's time well worth spent doing the tour, especially at the beginning of your stay to get your bearings.

Our flight didn't leave until 11:55 and the driver wanted to pick us up at 08:30. We would have preferred to sleep a little longer. 3.5 hours before flight was way too long. It was a safe drive but next time will probably use the hotel driver.

We disembarked the ship approx 15 minutes early and stood outside the terminal building. You are always slightly nervous about transfers, especially when flights are involved, but we needn't have worried as the driver arrived almost immediately, so 10 minutes early, to take us to the airport. Very good service.
