You can hop-on and off as many times as you like aboard this open-top double-decker bus. There are 24 stops and the entire route takes approximately 60 minutes. The bus departs every 20 minutes from each stop. Tickets are valid for 24 hours from first use.

We were not altogether impressed with the Tour. This was partly our own fault as we had not used the headphones and were reading the script. This meant missing stops we would have liked to have got off at..If we were to do it again we would know what to do.Expensive lesson and a bit disappointing.

We've done lots of hop-on hop-off tours and this one was definitely the worst of the lot. Information was very meager despite the vast history of Edinburgh. Earphones would fade in and out due to bad connections. Numbered stops didn't seem to matter to the driver--in fact one driver said they don't really follow them. I'd recommend doing the other company for the city tour--they had a live guide and folks on their bus seemed to be having a great time.

There was too much to see and do in Edinburgh to do a good one day trip. I upgraded My ticket so I could take any of the 3 bus lines. the blue line stopped in front of my B and B enjoyed Yacht Britannia and Hollyrood Palace

the explanation and facilities are good, the idea is ok. but in fact, you can take a bus there. and it costs much less. and the place for the stops are not clear when you are waiting on the street.

Its a good way to pass time around the city and get down wherever feel like.., but time should always be taken to account wherever you get down as this bus service closes by 6pm in the evening, so considering this fact i personally suggest to start off with the earliest bus on any day...

This was a great way to get a birdseye view of Edinburgh. I took it late afternoon (around twice), then spent the next day visiting all the sites. If you don't mind walking 2-3 miles, you can get to all the sites by walking. Very easy city to get around.

It was a wonderful way to see the highlights of the city. We sat up top, had a great view and were able to take pictures. That helped us decide where we wanted to get off the bus on the second go round. Highly reccomend to all and will use on future trips.

An excellent way to see the city and get a feel for where things are. We took a full trip around the city then took another trip stopping and starting in different palces. The history of the place came to life and we saw and enjoyed Edinburgh.
