Restrictions: All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the bus (but can be purchsed in the Calgary Saddledome).

Payment and Taxes: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice. 5% GST is included in the price. Credit card details are required at the time of booking to confirm your space on the tour. Payment is due at the time of pick-up and accepted forms of payment are cash or Canadian Dollar travellers cheques (not credit card).

Cancellations Policy: Changes or cancellations must be made directly to The Pro Hockey Experience. Refunds and cancellations are limited to 48 hours prior to departure. Any cancellations within 48 hours of tour departure and 'no-shows' will be charged in full to the credit card provided. The Pro Hockey Experience reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation on their part, they will not charge you. The Pro Hockey Experience can not be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages in any such way.
