Meeting Place: Please check in in the Overlander Trekking & Tours office (616 Patricia Street, Jasper) 15 minutes prior to your departure time to be fitted for boots etc. Pick up can be arranged from your hotel or lodging (approx 15 minutes prior to the tour time), in this case your boot size will be needed in advance.

Restrictions: Minimum age is 7 years. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Recommendations: Please dress for the weather of the day. We recommend you wear warm winter clothing, a winter hat, sunglasses, gloves and dress in layers. Tours include ice cleats and winter boots. People with previous back injuries and pregnant women should consult with a doctor before participating in the tour.

Payment and Taxes: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice. 5% tax applies to all bookings.

Release of Liability: All guests are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in. If you would like a copy of this prior to check-in, please contact Overlander Trekking & Tours.

Cancellations Policy: Changes or cancellations must be made directly to Overlander Trekking & Tours. Refunds and cancellations are limited to 24hrs prior to departure. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of tour departure and 'no-shows' will be charged in full to the credit card provided. Overlander Trekking & Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation on their part, they will refund you. Overlander Trekking & Tours can not be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages in any such way.
