When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Florence accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Our airport pickup was stress free and our driver was very professional. We didn't have to wait and our driver highlighted different places to eat and see on the way to our hotel. This was definitely worth it!

The driver was right there waiting for us which we needed after our long flight from the United States. He helped with our luggage and pointed out sites along the way to our apartment rental. When we got to the apartment the rental agent wasn't there yet and he made phone calls for us to speak Italian, which I didn't know how, so that was greatly appreciated. Our driver really took care of us over and above just a ride from the airport!!!

Our plane could not land in Florence due to wind shears. Air France landed in Pisa and took nearly 2 hours to get us by bus back to Florence. When we got there after being told that the flight would be displayed in Florence no one was there to meet us. We easily got a cab to our hotel. The phone number on the voucher did not work. They would not refund our money so now our travel insurance is looking into the matter. Do not take private arrival transfer!

It was a true luxury experience! The driver was right there with a sign with my name on it at the exit leading from baggage claim. He was courteous and prompt and his car clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful way to entire the 'center of Florence'.

The airport in Florence to the city center is only 20 plus 1 for each bag. The driver was there but was in a bus not a MB and didn't speak a lick on English.
