This is a private transfer so the price is the same for groups of:

• 1 to 3 people (Mercedes Benz or Lancia Thesis)
• 4 to 8 people (Mercedes Sprinter Minibus)

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to reconfirm your transfer (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

Unless you have a lot of people travelling together as a group, taking a taxi is much less expensive, considering how close the airport is in Florence to most of the hotels.
