While you ride your two-wheeled electric Segway, which operates by self-balancing, you'll listen to your audio guide via a set of headphones and hear entertaining facts and anecdotes about the history of Florence as you glide. Your tour starts with a 30-minutes orientation session. Once you feel comfortable riding the Segway, your journey begins to the historic center of town. This is the most fun ever! I am only 5' tall and 70 years old. If I can do it so can you. What a wonderful way to see Rome. The guide was excellent and took us to many special sights, even the surprise in the hill. The experience was so good that two days later I took a Florence Segway tour. Do not miss out!

Tour was fantastic and our guide was great. great way to familarize yourself with city. Crowds were fairly thick but had no problem with moving around and saw much more than we could have walked. Very easy to learn how to use. Would definately recommend to all ages to try!!! Leita Australia

What a great way to see the sites of Florence, (and become one yourself- lots of people taking photo's of our little group). Covered all the major areas, and lots of little points of interest were identified. Helmet wearing is optional- having tumbled off it, i would actually recommend that helmets are worn! Having said that, they are great fun to use and easy to get used to. It does seem quite expensive, but they are expensive pieces of kit. Highly recommended.

We had a blast on the segway tour! We were a little anxious about it at first, but they gave us plenty of time to take a 'test drive' on the segways first. This was the best way to see so many sites in a short amount of time. The tour guide was great, she told us great info and went slow for all of us to keep up. Me, my husband and the couple we were travelling with all agreed that this was our favorite tour. I would highly recommend it!!

This was a BLAST!!!! Absolutely no complaints! Rose was our tour guide and she was sweet, friendly and informative!!!! Even though the crowds were thick in places, we still meandered our ways through it safely. Rose was very informative and fun!

What a wonderful way to see Florence! My daughter, our friend and I were the only ones on the trip that day so we had our friendly guide, Serina, to ourselves. Serina is so knowledgable and she made our trip so interesting that we can't wait to come back and see more of this beautiful city. Serina was very patient while we learned to ride the Segways and then we had so much fun on the guided tour that we were the envy of other groups of tourists - we didn't want it to end! We would thoroughly recommend the Segway Tour - it's a must!

Riding Segways was soooo much fun, but the tour-part was kind of lacking. We got to see most of Florence and were well oriented to the city after wards, but the you don't actually go into any of the places you stop at. You are just told about them so you can go back another time after the tour. Its a fun couple hours, but its not a must-do.

This was a fun tour and the segway is highly intuitive. It is hard on your legs after a while and I would suggest taking the time to stretch. The tour was a blend of the actual guide and a recorded audio-guide.

Our tour guide took good care of us. Our tour included WC and coffee breaks and therefore we were relaxed and not all the time on the segway. We enjoyed the tour very much.

We could not have been any happier with our tour. Valentina, our pretty young guide, is very well-educated, intelligent, engaging, and quick to smile. We had called earlier in the day because we were a bit uncertain about the directions and Valentina not only gave us easy to follow directions, she rode her Segway out to greet us on one the main streets we were walking down. That is the sort of service one can expect from Segway Tours. Their service is professional, solicitous, courteous, competent, and professional. The tour itself was smashing, informative, and fun and Valentina went out of her way to respond to all of our questions and requests even to the point where she used her own cell phone to make two calls on our behalf. We were the first customers at their new Florence address but we know we will not be the last to be absolutely delighted with the entire Segway Tour experience.

My family and I were touring through Italy and decided to undertake a Segway tour of Florence as a fun alternative to other city tours that were available. This was by far the best tour we joined on our trip through Europe. The Segways themselves were very easy to ride, our family group of six ranged in age from 12 to 50, and no one had any trouble at all and we all loved riding them. Not only was the tour fun, but our guide was excellent, she was obviously very passionate about Florence and we all learnt a lot about the city and its history from her informative and interesting talks. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

What a great way to see Florence. This was a seamless process from the online reservations to the end of the tour. My only recommendation is that you include a more detailed map on how to find their respective outlets. Westerners aren't as savvy as Europeans in navigating the small back streets that are commonly found in most of your locations. All in all a wonderful experience.
