The first stop on your shopping tour is the Prada outlet, where you will stay for approximately 1.5 hours. Your tour then proceeds to the famous Mall (for approximately 2.5 hours), where you will find a score of prestigious high fashion outlets.

the Prada outlet was worht the trip did not find the Mall Fashion Outlets to be worth the trip. shopping was better in Florence.

Shopping was great at both locations, but we could have used more time at the Prada location. The driver was prompt and courteous. Too bad the same can't be said of the passengers who chose to view the scheduled departure times as "optional", showing a total lack of respect for the other paying customers. But back to the shopping. Prada outlet deals were very good, but not so clear on the checkout process, which requires you to pay for different purchases at specific registers in the store and slows the process considerably. The Mall stores were also well stocked with good deals, but be forewarned about long lineups to get into certain stores such as Gucci and Tod's. It add up more than 45 min of our 2.5 hours of shopping time. Overall, I think the tour would benefit if an extra hour were added - 30 more min at Prada and 30 more at the Mall. Will probably rent a car next time so the shopping won't be as rushed and the zen moments won't be ruined by ignorant people.

Apart from good bargains on the Prada shades and a Fendi coat, the variety in the collections was not that wide to pick from. You're better off paying a little more and get the full luxe service at the Roman boutiques.

Hi everyone. This is not really a tour but rather a shuttle service. There were no person in charge other than the driver who did not speak a word. The ultimate disappointment is when the driver left me and my wife at the Prada outlet stranded just because we were late by 5min. this doesn't make sense as we make up almost 20percent of the group. we have to figure out how to go to the mall after being stranded. although we manage to take the same shuttle home the driver did not even apologize. we wonder if something has happened to us what would we do?

It was on time with no hassles. it would be nice to have a bit of background history with the brands we go to. Ie, how did prada begin he's career to become a global brand. overall very quick and efficient from pick up to drop off

Bus trip was very convenient, however be warned! Whilst a lot of the clothing was heavily discounted, it's still quite expensive! If you can't afford Prada, Christian Dior etc normally, chances are you won't be buying much!

The shopping was good cause you could really get good products at a bargain. However the time spent at the Prada outlet wasn't enough cause there were many things to choose from.

I found the mall outlets not what I was expecting, extremely expensive and rude service. I expected a shopping mall but this was a cluster of high end expensive shops...Not for me I,m afraid.

The bus tour I felt was certainly worth the journey, the prices for goods were half normal retail, however like all outlets it is the luck of the drawer if they have what you are looking for. If you want your tax free rebate please remember to take your passport otherwise you cannot obtain the discount and this was never drawn to our attention prior to departure. Would I do it again - Yes.

Good value for money for such a long trip for shopping. Visit to the Prada outlet could be left out as a Prada store is included at the MALL along with all other brands. That could gain more time to spend shopping around at the mall where you can find all A list brands. Dont expect any cheap shopping, eventhough items were on sale. Recommented for those of us who want to spend money on branded fashion.

it was a heatwave and the bus airconditioning didn't work. i was very worried about my 11month girl overheating. could've been warned and would not have got on the bus.

The shopping is good. My friends and colleagues love it alot. The only place for improvement is to have trips in the morning. Was told that the outlets stocks have more goods in the morning. Currently, the schedule for morning is only on Saturday. Generally, the trip is good.

Well organised with convenience of having the bus pick us up from meeting point to the destinations. I would say shopping time at the mall was too rushed. Prada was good though. All in all, a quick non fuss way to travel to the fashion outlets.

Not bad. It provides much convenience and time saving especially when your stay in Florence is short and outlet store like "space" is far away from town. However the trip cost is a little on the high side with only transportation.

If you want to hit the outlets, this is definitely the way to do it. A small, air-conditioned coach gets you to the Prada outlet, and The Mall and leaves you sufficient time at each to shop. And I think it's a much better solution than taking the public busses from Florence to The Mall. A quick, efficient and comfortable way to get from Florence to some of the best shopping I have seen in a LONG time!

The Prada outlet was really filled with good buys and am impressed by the design and layout of the outlet. You will feel that you are in a Prada boutique rather than an outlet.

The prices at the Prada and the Mall Outlets were not as expected. Everything was still overpriced, and nothing was on more than 30% discount. The tour does not deserve 8 hours.

A shuttle bus at best, no guide, no communcation and bus driver did not turn on the A/C on a very hot day. We had to request and when we did he smirked and was very rude about the whole situation. A few ladies got ill because the bus was so stuffy.

If it's designer labels you are after at the best available prices. This is a wonderful thing to do! The bus picks you up from the meeting point and drops you right at the door of each outlet. You are given a time when you have to be back and you are not rushed at all. You do return to Florence by 8:00pm if you leave at 1pm. So don't have any other sightseeing plans organized. The woman who collected payment at the start was swift and efficient and the buses were very pleasant with air conditioning, and you had the opportunity to leave our purchases on board while we went shopping.

Generally an enjoyable trip! The timing at the Mall was sufficient, but at Space, it would need a little longer, an additional 20-30 minutes. The bus was comfortable.
