Fabulous time!! The chefs were able to accommodate my special food requirements. And were VERY nice and cheerful to do this. The pasta cooking lesson was really great and the chefs gave us a very comprehensive lesson. I recommend this to anyone who is interested in cooking.

Loved the class! It was a great way to learn how to make traditional pasta and my mother loves to cook and she had a fantastic time. It was not too long and still gave us time to walk around the city and enjoy our sat. I would love to do more classes from this cooking school.

The cooking course was fantastic. We had such a great time. Since we had such a large group we did not have the opportunity to see how one of the pasta sauces was made. Overall it was a good class, just wish they would not exceed the limit of attendees.

The max class of 12 was violated. There were 24 in my class. So you don't get to make everything, you miss things being made by others, and it is very crowded. Then at the end they still expect tips. I knew they would over fill based on other reviews, so my expectations were low. The instructors are entertaining, but if you looking for a serious more hands on class you may want to chose another. The food and wine were good and the tasting area is a nice atmosphere.

There were 24 people in our class divided between 2 chefs (12 each). The chefs run around between 2 tables of 6 people each. The sauces were often cooked in the background by the chefs themselves very quickly, so I didn't get to see the work put into it. For me, it seemed our chef did not always provide complete instructions, so we were often left wondering what to do as he ran to the next table. He also did not have the forethought to provide instructions to avoid common mistakes - instead he would point it out, in not the nicest way, mistakes we had made after-the-fact. When we asked specifically why some pasta was too soft, he actually just said "the person did not do a good job". ... But what is a "good job"? Our class of 12 will never know. Maybe i'll google it. This class taught me that not all chefs, even good ones, are cut out to be good teachers, especially in a rushed atmosphere. It was so rushed in fact that our group literally watched our chef complete more than half of our pasta as fast as he could to catch up with the other chef's group. I was the one out of my group of 4 that was excited to have a fun time at a cooking class in Italy, and I think I might have been the most disappointed by it. Oh well. I think the other class of 12 were pretty happy with the other chef.

I found the cook explaned things way to fast. We had one chief for 2 small groups and he was running around trying to keep us on time, but explaned the procedure very little. They provide recipes, but they are not detailed hence bring your pad and pencil. However, the good was excellent and I enjoyed learning by HAND and by the machine.

We learnt to make both water and egg pastas. These were then turned into papparadelle, tagliatelle and a filled ravioli, which we then enjoyed eating. We had a small class of 8, with 2 workstations of 4 people. We all were involved in the preparation of the pasta, the ravioli filling, the rolling and cutting and then the filling of the ravioli. This is a hands on class, unlike other companies in Italy where you watch a chef and then eat the meal at the end. The class was quite enjoyable.

This was a really fun class. It was overbooked (19 in a class advertised as maximum of 12), but still fun, if a little crowded. All had a chance to do hands-on work and I learned a lot. Met interesting people and the food we created was delicious. Appreciated receiving the recipes to take home so I can try to wow my friends and family.

Definitely a fun experience, and the pasta turned out to be delicious! We did feel a little rushed, though, and we didn't always get to see what was being added to the sauces.

While things were a bit rushed, the amount we covered 3 different pastas and 3 sauces was well worth it! I only hope I can recreate it when I try it at home myself

It was fun, but the instructor was a little bit overbearing in the comments he made towards the women in the class. Also, I'm sure he's a very talented cook, but it appeared to me and a few other members of the class that his taste wasn't quite in touch with the soul of Italian cooking. The flavours of two of the dishes made were dominated by the taste of a single item, and I am in doubt as to the conventionality of these concoctions, e.g., a pesto made entirely with arugula--too bitter. I'm sure you can find something better if you look a little harder. Also, I'm not sure if panna cotta is supposed to be just a cream jello, but if it is, then this was a fine example of it.

It was good but it could be better if they start early as we had lunch past 3pm. Would recommend it to friends as it was value for money as compared to other cooking course in Italy.
