Maybe not getting the tour and going by ourselves by train should have been a better option. During the way to Pisa we´re told some few facts but once in Pisa we made the mistake to take the "Spanish" guide. Her Spanish was not very good pronounced and she missed to tell us important facts, for example the reason of why the Piazza of the Miracolo was called that way. Her tour took almost 15 minutes, only letting us inside the church and that was all, her job was finished. The way back to Florence nothing added to the tour. Not worthy at all.

Amazing place and a nice guide with humorous anecdotes about the history of the baptistery, cemetery, cathedral and the tower. We were lucky to be able to go up the Leaning tower without waiting in line.

The guides were very helpful, especailly the one who showed us around the cathedral, who was very knowledgeable and caring. As usual on these kind of tours, you really don't get enough time to see everything in any detail, good if you have time constraints. If not, get the train (6 euro from Florence) and spend the day.

It was okay, just okay. NOT what I expected when I purchased this tour. We essentially spent the entire day in the same place. We saw the Baptistry, the Church and the Leaning Tower, but I was expecting more.

The tour guide on the bus wasn't the best we've ever had but the tour guide in Pisa was awesome! Hilarious and very knowledgeable. Worth e money to see but if you want to climb to the top there probably isn't enough time on this tour as you only get about 55 minutes free time and there is quite a line to do it! Overall very good!

This was a really good trip from the moment we got on the bus we were well looked after. The guide was very helpful and pointed out places of interest along the way. When we arrived in Pisa the local guide knew the history and made the trip very enjoyable. I would have appreciated the chance to buy tickets to climb the tower before the guided tour as there was not enough time after.

We enjoyed our trip to Pisa and the leaning tower. The journey was scenic too. The guide at the leaning tower was also jovial. Only thing is we need to walk a distance back to our bus area but this is really not a big issue if it is summer.

When visiting Italy, we just had to see Pisa. The trip was well worth it! Our tour guide on the bus was very nice and very helpful. Ricardo our guide at Pisa was very well informed and seemed to enjoy explaining the sights. It was ashamed that the church was closed for the visit because of the Holy day, but we completely understood.

We had a wonderful trip and was glad to visit Pisa! The guide pointed out several sights along the way from Florence to Pisa and it was a comfortable bus ride. The walk from the parking area to the Cathedral was short and not a problem. The highlight of the trip was the Cathedral which was beautiful and we took many pictures, including us holding up the tower. Overall it was fun and relaxed! We didn't plan to climb the Tower, but the guide was very accommodating and wanted to make sure we could if we wanted to! I would definitely recommend this trip if you would like to catch the highlights of Pisa with a half day trip from Florence.

Pisa was good. The Leaning Tower Photos were awesome. The only issue was that that we spent lot more time in the cathedral than on the leaning tower. The tour should be tweaked to incorporate the time required to spend at leaning tower too which was not provided.

If the secondary guide had not explain things to us in Pisa, we would have been extremely disappointed. There was much that could have been pointed out and spoken about on the way to Pisa but that did not happen. English was very poor as well.

It is different just seeing the postcard and actually being there. Arriving at the entrance, we can feel and see the grandness and picturesque plaza with its 3 monuments.

We all enjoyed this 12 day trip very much. We left Florence in sunshine, but it clouded over by the time we arrived in Pisa. The gist of our tour was accomplished before it rained. But even with inclement weather, we would do it all again. It was very, very well done and just the right amount of time.
